The manager is very supportive always pleasant I had a scary moment with my daughter of salad getting stuck and he rushed over to see if I was ok every time I go in always asking how I am the staff always tends to my gluten allergy very nice staff great restaurant for couples and families or gathering with friends.

One can order at the Market section for takeout or sitting - reasonable amount of tables and chairs for sitting. You pick the food or pastries from the glass storage display and they will heat for you in the oven (or microwave and then oven for paninis). Portion (for Calzones, Paninis, Pizzas etc) is just right to avoid waste. Gluten free items are limited. I like the vegetarian panini dry much - roasted large porterbella mushroom is very tasty.

We stopped here on our way home from the ronkonkoma train station. We both got chicken and rice bowls that were delicious! The char on the chicken is perfect. Then I decided to try some of the prepared meals and so far we love those too! I only got 3 to try, so no discount but I'm excited to go back and take advantage of the sales. I have tried the Zeus chicken so far and can't wait to try the rest! I was full after and confident I was sticking to macros but eating here.
Plus, the best part is that when I got there I had a few questions about nut and gluten allergies and they were so helpful and accommodating. We will be back!
