We absolutely LOVE Franco's. We always order from the Payne Ave. location and we've never had any issues with our orders. The pizza is always ready and on time, whether we do pick-up or delivery. I usually order gluten-free pizza (due to a sensitivity, NOT an allergy) and I really enjoy the cauliflower crust from Franco's. Also the staff is very nice and helpful. One time I placed a big online order and I realized I needed to make some changes after submitting. I called the store and the person I spoke to was extremely nice and helped me make changes and reviewed all the changes with me before we ended the call. We will continue to order from Franco's as our go-to pizza!
With huge portions and a mind-blowing variety of options, this spot is a must-visit for anyone craving a tasty treat.

Been a fave of mine since the early 2000s . Portions r huge and worth every penny. Tons of options to choose from if you're into that sort of thing like vegan and gluten-free stuff. Custard is amazing def worth it. Not expensive either.
A top spot for families with dietary restrictions, known for its respectful approach and helpful allergy information.

Food Allergy friendly!! Family is allergic to gluten, diary, garlic and onion.
Shift Manager was very friendly and let us see the allergy sheet so we could make decisions.
They were incredibly respectful of the allergies and we couldn't be happier.
Wish we had a closer one to us in Beaver County PA!
Amazing spot known for its extensive vegan and vegetarian options, plus a deliciously large pizza and nearby dairy-free custard place for dessert.

Eating specialized food here is a waste.
This is a Owner or Manager
problem. The employees shouldn't be heald accountable.
I did not eat in store. I felt bad for yelling at the employees for this one which is how I got small salad & medium pizza to my house for $43.47. That was before the pizza came!
I ordered a Gluten Free Pizza which came with about half of pizza worth of topping. It's a Medium pizza compared to a normal large wheat flour pizza in size. I will add that it was an average pizza not over the top delicious. Just ok, but I just do not understand how it can be this much.
& One SIDE salad which you will see in the pics it was being shared with my parrot. He can get very sick from spoiled foods. The rest of the salad SEEMED very fresh & I had to throw my salad out as you can see why in the photos. Plus I live probably 3-5 miles, at most...
Cannot get much closer & my delivery fee was $5.50
I should have not gotten my food from here, what saddens me the most. They used to be my favorite place to go or get food from!
If we continue to pay these high prices, we will continue to see these high prices. Why don't we get together & strike (by not ordering for a month) maybe then these prices will go down.
I am utterly disgusted!

This was the perfect choice for us! Phil was incredibly responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The cake tasted fantastic and people said nothing but good things. Also, great gluten free cupcake add-on options to make sure you are not alienating any guests. Not to mention the cake tasting months before the big day when we were doing our "due diligence" was everything!
Delicious subs and unique gluten-free rolls shine here, but watch out for order accuracyβbetter to eat in or pick up!

You guys make great royals, which I find hard to get at times. And my brother has celiacs, so being able to order him his first sub in ages because you have gluten free rolls was great.
But guys, you need to read your mods. Especially for doordash or uber orders. It's not like I can just send it back to the kitchen.
We ordered 5 subs, one for each of us tonight, and 2 for 2 us us tomorrow.
I ordered my mother a steak hogie, with banana peppers, and in the added information area, I specified "no mushrooms, please."
She despises mushrooms.
So, two of us are very happy with dinner. Mom, on the other hand, took a bite, grimaced, opened her sub, and saw no peppers at all, and that her sub had mushrooms on it.
I've worked back of house. Lord knows I've missed mods before, so I don't want to be too harsh on this, but even after she picked them off, I'm stuck listening go her moan about how "no one gets the order right," and how she'll "only ever order from place X because they're the only ones who make a good sub."
Now, I'm not happy with how she's acting. She's being a child about it. But she is right that our order was wrong. Frankly, in your uber eats listing, you should include the ability to hold the mushrooms. We shouldn't have to type that in. But there was a spot for us to pick other toppings, and we picked banana peppers, and you guys missed that too.
With delivery, especially through a third party app, the customer is left with very little recourse if the order is wrong.
I intended to just email about it, but you don't have any email. I can't give feedback in the uber eats app. So I have nothing else I can do but leave this review.
To people who want to order from submasters:
I, personally, think the subs are delicious. But this is not the first time I've heard of that mods have been missed or ignored. I think they're worth your time and money, but as with most places, you're best off eating in, or picking up yourself, so that if there is a mistake, you can go back up there and show it.

Very good Italian restaurant. I will definitely be back and let family know about this place. Their menu has plenty of gluten free options. Staff was friendly.
Was a nice meal. They were accommodating to our gluten-free needs by subsisting a small salad for no bun and fries. Thank you again. Price was reasonable and service was spot on.
Another dinner at Webster's and another great experience. Delicious food, comfortable atmosphere as always. Gluten free options for those with medical concerns. All around wonderful.

So my friends invited me out for dinner, and this place.. reminded me of my trip to South Korea. I had ate my way around Seoul, and the one place that drew me back was a small husband and wife ran restaurant. I was there for a month, ate there at the small place at least 6 times. This shot me right back there. The noodles ( had 2 different kinds glass and Pad See Ew ) were excellent. The Bulgogi, wow that was really ready good.. i will be back for that. Pretty authentic to the service, with all the little accessories it typicall comes with. Very tasty. The menu has a lot of facets of different countries. Thai, Korean, some Japanese influence. The food is cooked to order so do not expect it to come out immediately..I would have been disappointed if it did.
Thai Tea, great π and they are able to accommodate my gluten free, seafood free, and dairy free guests. π
The gentleman serving us was so nice. I will be back for sure.
I went here twice today--once for the chicken and wild rice soup; and once for the pepper steak soup. So delicious--pepper steak soup I'd never had before. It is so refreshing to see this small business be busy. The owner is fabulous. She makes so many different kinds of soup even some vegan soups and gluten-free soups. Open Monday through Thursday. This is one small business so worth supporting. You can get your soup in 8 oz or 16 oz. There are sandwiches and homemade pie. Stop in a few times chances are your name will be remembered.

Went on a try-it Tuesday. Great way to get tiny sample of unique items before purchasing a package of artisan confections. Friendly workers. Nice atmosphere for the hometown guests and out of town visitors. You can order a baby size sundae to not have so much more ice cream than you can handle. Lactose free ice cream choices. Gluten free topping choices. Pleased it fits my food restrictions.

Amazing Colombian food with warm service and baked goods to take away if you want more. I had the bandeja Paisa and it was fantastic! Cooked perfectly with lots of flavor. Friends had the soup of the day which came with a main course of pork chops, which also was delicious, I was told. Our gluten free friend also had soup! The leches cake alone was bliss - definitely go for this cake (which you can also just pop in and grab from a fridge inside).
Plenty of parking on the street.
Service was on the slower side, but this is a mom and pop, no frills place and the food was absolutely worth the wait! Highly recommend.
