We went to a friend's party and having Celiac disease I am so cautious about eating anything I don't make myself. Well Jerry was amazing he completely understood and made me a fresh piece of fish so I had nothing to worry about along with some rice and veggies. The food was delicious and I didn't get sick. The service all the way around was wonderful and the atmosphere was amazing. I would definitely go back or even have a party of my own there! 10/10 highly recommend

I want everyone to know that I tried their Pasta Del Sol (with gluten-free penne) a couple days ago and I’ve been thinking about it nonstop. Absolutely delicious and I couldn’t eat the whole thing in one sitting because it’s such a large portion (very good thing in my opinion!). Absolutely worth trying if you’re gluten-free.
I don’t have to avoid dairy, but to anyone who does: it does contain mozzarella.

Ordered the Roberto gluten-free pasta for delivery and it’s absolutely delicious!! I have been eating wheat-free for five years now and this is definitely one of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever had (hence the half-eaten pasta pic haha). I will definitely order this again on future trips.
I don’t have to avoid dairy, but to anyone who does: this dish does contain cream and Romano cheese. I’m not sure if there are any substitutes.

I have tried so many sushi places on the east end of Long Island, and not a single one compares to the quality, and service of Haiku. The owners are so personable and really take care of their customers. As someone who is gluten free, I know they will look out for me and make sure what I am eating is safe. I ordered their hot chocolate and it was absolutely delicious. I also ordered a pre-packaged gluten-free brookie by the brand David’s Cookies, which tasted great but unfortunately has the famous gluten-free crumble. They serve food as well, but keep in mind that they close their kitchen at 2 pm and only serve select food items “after hours” (from open to close). I didn’t know this when I went and when I asked about their tomato basil soup’s ingredients, the barista told me that she was unsure about the ingredients (and the chefs weren’t present to ask because it was after 2 pm). She didn’t want me to take the risk of getting sick and recommended that I order the salad because she knew for a fact that was safe for me to eat (mixed greens, blood orange vinaigrette, walnuts, strawberries, and goat cheese). The salad was absolutely delicious and refreshing, so I’m grateful for the recommendation. The staff are very friendly and take food allergies, dietary restrictions, etc. very seriously. Just make sure if you’re hungry, try to go before 2 pm and don’t hesitate to ask about their options.
