Having both a sweet tooth & an allergy to gluten, finding gluten-free goodies can be a struggle but not anymore, thats for sure!! Gluten Free Groove is the best. So far I've tried their coffee cake and poppyseed lemon loaf and both were so delicious. I couldn't believe all of it was gluten-free. So delicious and perfect with my morning cup of coffee. Can't wait to eventually try everything

Great winery on the north shore in Suffolk County! I enjoyed the wine tasting and especially appreciated that Sparkling Wine has gluten free options for snacks (although pricey in my opinion). I also walked the vineyards too.

Delicious food and great friendly staff. You have the choice between a 3 course dinner ($90) or four course ($105). Sat outside on the west patio. Great ambiance , calm music , pretty lights. Waiters were knowledgable about food allergies, most of the food was gluten free. Favorites were the two mile salad (local fresh tomatoes and blackberries), broken beans with truffle, and the roasted Long island duck. We were not served bread and the entrees could’ve had a bit more for their sides - otherwise all the dishes were tasty and fresh

First the food is amazing, second if your have gluten issues, you can eat here and the food is delicious. The drinks are just as tasteful as the food and the desserts, oh the desserts, my favorite part of the meal; has gluten free options and are fantastic.

UGH SO GOOD. I got the falafel and the babaganoush and it was excellent, the service was fast but the food was still so fresh. I tried a little bit of my friend’s gyro and it was also so tasty. Also very affordable, and the man who served us was so friendly. It’s important to note that if you have gluten sensitivity the rice and fries are not gluten free, however you can get any of the (very filling) salads and add a variety of toppings. Overall, very good experience!!
