Clean restaurant and great service. This Outback is great for families as it has a nice kid menu. My family loved the cheese fries and our meals were delicious. They even have a gluten free menu...score!
A fantastic spot for families, known for its attentive vibe and engaging atmosphere that keeps everyone coming back.

Had a great experience while traveling with my Family. Evan was very attentive and conversational. He also turned my wife who is gluten free into a lifetime customer. Strongly recommend this location.
A beloved spot for birthdays, it features fresh ingredients, diverse options, and a commitment to making every visit special and enjoyable.

In reponse to the owner's comments to my review. I do not one bit regret leaving a one star review. For those that read reviews, here's the breakdown if you plan to visit this restaurant.
You must email the owner if you have a problem with his establishment. We all have this information readily available. 👍 If you have allergies, you need to sit in the lounge. You cannot enjoy the show like everyone else. Expect to have your food arrive well after other parties have eaten and left and don't complain when your server gives you 5 minutes to eat and then hurries you out of the facility. Also, you MUST ask to have the member that is having a birthday at the restaurant be sung to....you cannot simply say that they are having a birthday. If you are in a large party where gratuity is automatically added, you are golden. If you are in a party of 5 or less, expect to get stomped on. For the Gluten free/ Celiac community, I highly recommend that you seek elsewhere. Cafe Mekong in Blacksburg is an excellent restaurant in which the owners are kind and greatly appreciate your business. They will make things right if there is an issue.
My family and I have visited here on numerous occasions to celebrate birthdays and other events. Tonight we had a less than stellar experience. I don't like leaving negative reviews for small businesses but feel that this is justified.
Firstly, when we first arrived, we had to wait 15 minutes after our reservation time only because the large party that we were seated with was late. Could we not have been seated with another party and not have been forced to wait?
Secondly, my family is gluten free so we had to have our meals prepared in the back. I appreciate that they are cautious and prepare the food separately to avoid cross-contamination. However, when the chef arrived at our table, he asked us why we did not order. "Did we order sushi or something?" was his question to us. It should have been communicated to him of the situation. It is hard enough being a family with allergies than to have it rubbed in our face that we are different from others.
Thirdly, we received our meals when the other party was almost finished with theirs. It was not fun watching the other party eat their food while we patiently waited for our meals to arrive. It made it even worse when the server came out just a few minutes after our food arrived to ask us if we needed boxes to hurry us out of there!!! We literally were given just a few minutes to eat our food!!! For over $20 a plate and waiting over an hour for our food, shouldn't we be allowed to enjoy our meal without being hurried along?
Lastly, we were there for our young daughter's birthday. We relayed this information to our server beforehand. Well, the large party that we were seated with was also celebrating a birthday. Guess what? The birthday person with the other party was sung to while my daughter was completely ignored. I asked the server if they could come back to sing happy birthday to my daughter and she told me that I would have had to tell them ahead of time. What? Why? My daughter chose to visit Kabuki for this very reason. Her heart was crushed. I should have pushed the matter more but by this point, I just wanted to wipe my hands of this facility
In finale, this was our family's last visit to Kabuki. We were very poorly treated at this visit and would prefer to spend our money where we are treated better. I believe the owner cares about his customers and the community but we did not experience this tonight.
I would not recommend eating here if you are gluten free or suffer from other dietary restrictions unless you are ok with watching others eat their food while you wait for yours to arrive. It isn't enjoyable in the least.
Perfect for group celebrations or a cozy date night, this spot offers great ambiance and attentive service that leaves a lasting impression.

Cozy, elegant atmosphere, but once again, there is no fine dining in or around Blacksburg, just fine dining high prices. This place came recommended so we had high expectations. There are very few menu options for people with food sensitivities like gluten and dairy. The meats were good but the “roasted carrots” were over boiled, mushy baby carrots with a terrible seasoning sprinkled on. Not edible.
House salad, salmon, and herb chicken were good.
We went after lunch there were only a few customers but it took almost an hour to receive our food. And I do appreciate the gluten-free bun but it was old. The salad bar has always been a favorite it was good on this visit but the bar needed attention it was messy food was all over the bar.
Experience attentive service and a welcoming vibe that keeps you coming back for more - the perfect spot for a relaxing dinner out!

Friendly staff, excellent service and good food. Was happy with the gluten free selections on the menu. Haven't been to Olive Garden for some time due to this. Will return

Simply wonderful! Very Good Food!! Our granddaughter gave it 1000 thumbs up. There are gluten-free food options as well. Perfect for people with celiac like me.
Their homemade ice cream is so good! The blueberry lavender flavor was to die for! I love that they have the gluten free Hershey flavors marked and are knowledgeable about gluten free.
Closed today. Doesn’t show correct hours on Google. Someone didn’t update hours. If serving the public please keep hours up to date. Needed some gluten free cupcakes for a ceremony. Just sayin. Hope it helps others.
I live in Hiwassee VA. So there isn't to much around this area, that I can eat I have Celiac disease no flour no gluten. So I drove to Christiansburg to have lunch and the female that took my order was not happy at all that I ask her to change her gloves to help with the cross contamination I already feel bad about asking someone to do that but it makes it so much worse when they get upset. I fully understand that eating out I take a risk and thats on me but when it can maybe help its nice. I truly appreciate restaurants that offer to go an extra mile for me. But the hatfulness is uncalled for.
El Bronco is a family favorite for an affordable, DELICIOUS meal where everyone has a favorite. El Bronco especially accommodates gluten-free folks with about every dish made so I love it here. The outside dining is our favorite, and staff rocks!
Our family loves this restaurant! They have great Gluten Free pizza as well as wonderful other foods like pizza, pastas, and more! I appreciate that they cater to our special needs so well! Thanks Milano's.
Enjoy a laid-back vibe at this spot, perfect for brunch gatherings with quick service and a menu that caters to a variety of diets.

They refused to wipe the grill down to prepare gluten free pancakes. Why even serve gluten free pancakes if you can't take any precautions for those with allergies.
So much for new management improving the place!
Simply wonderful! They have gluten free options as well. Just make sure to tell them you can't have gluten & they are more than happy to accommodate you. FYI...tell them to leave off the house seasoning because it contains gluten.
