I recently visited Ellensburg Pasta Company and had a disappointing experience, especially with their gluten-free menu. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it if you're looking for quality gluten-free food. The gluten-free bread was simply a crostini, and overall, the options didn’t meet expectations. On top of that, the prices are quite high, and you don’t get the quality you’re paying for, whether it’s gluten-free or regular items. It’s a bit of a letdown when considering both the cost and the quality.

If I could give less than one star I would. If you’re looking for somewhere to eat in Ellensburg, don’t waste your money here. We loved Cornerstone Pie and visited regularly. They are now under new ownership/management and it was a night and day experience. They won’t last long with the way they treat their customers. The new Cornerstone Italian Kitchen has terrible customer service and mediocre food. The staff members we dealt with were rude and uninviting, very shocking restaurant owner/manager/employee behavior. We made a reservation for a large party and even pre-ordered 10 pizzas to make it easier on them so they could start prepping early. They were upset when we wanted to order more food and drinks upon arrival. They ordered us to stay in our seats even though we had the whole back room and wanted to mingle amongst ourselves. They act like they are trying to become fine dining, however they served us with paper plates. The pizza was under-cooked. We ordered a gluten free beer and were given a non-alcoholic fully gluten beer, when they tried to remedy this they brought another beer that they said was gluten free and it stated on the label that it contains gluten, and this person claimed to be their bar manager. And this is just the tip of the iceberg. If the attitudes of the staff were better, it would be easy to overlook the food/beer situation, but that was not the case. It was all very disappointing. My grilled cheese was very soggy and i had to recook it. Overpriced across the whole menu. Was also disappointing to find out the vegetarian burger wasn’t celiac friendly after being told by employees it was.

No fuss simple little space with limited indoor seating (non-heated). Mostly a drive thru. Great quality soup, sandwiches and Salads. Mine was 100% fresh spring mix no weird brown leaves or anything. A bargain, with generous turkey, seeds and fixings. Sweet potato spinach soup is amazing, and the gluten free bread is decent.

Didn’t think I could have a bagel sandwich here with a GF allergy but to my surprise they had gluten free options. Ordered salmon eggs benedict bagel - absolutely delicious!

Yes, gluten-free people visit here! Make sure you communicate to them your dietary needs and they will tell you what they can do for you. Dedicated gluten-free fryer, shared kitchen. I was hoping they had a fried chicken option for us gluten free people, but sadly they do not. I hope they consider this in the future. They did knock it out of the park with the fried cauliflower appetizer! Huge portions, I’d go back just for that. It was so tasty. Also I had pulled chicken sandwich with a really good gluten free bun that held together and the best crispy thin-ish sweet potato fries. They had a great selection of vegan options too, definitely wish I had the jackfruit pulled bbq instead. Thank you for making the effort and having really good gluten free options Julep!

Went here tonight for my 9 year olds birthday dinner. Our waitress, Rana, was amazing. My kid gets the gluten free pancakes and tends to miss out on the fun kids menu toppings. Rana made sure to do a really fun face with whip cream which made her night. My kid said “this is why I love iHop, their staff is the best.” Rana was great all around. Thank you!

The food here is amazing! They have something for everyone, from gluten free, dairy free, nut free, vegan , and etc! The food comes out quick and the seat yourself policy is nice except there are a limited amount of tables so come early! The coffee is fresh brewed and the cold brew is smooth! I got the vegan bowl and added an egg for protein, it was delicious!

New owners did a full makeover of the whole space, except the fish tank stayed in place! Yay! I love that tank of fish! Love the new look and menu. As a gluten-free eater, this place is my go-to when I am visiting Ellensburg. The food choices are wonderful and have expanded from previous owners....I love the hot tea service at the table....it stays piping hot the whole time we are eating in the glass carafe! Best ever!

Went in a few days ago and was pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism and customer service offered, the person who helped me, Mae, was able to answer all my questions and address my needs of being gluten free and allergic to most things offered and even with my restrictions and use of coupons and deals, she was helpful and informative about the options. I don’t know if she was acting manager but she provided an amazing service with her crew on staff, and was able to help with a variety of obstacles.

I can’t eat any of the Chinese food because of gluten but…. They’re beef pho is one of the best tasting I’ve ever had.! I have gotten it at least 20 times. ! Also, the staff is wonderful and kind. Five stars all the way.!!

I love this restaurant!! The menu has so many options for everyone. This is one of the best gluten free buns I have ever had. The mule flight was amazing. The atmosphere was so fun. I don’t have one bad thing to say about this place. 10/10

The staff told me what sauce to order to avoid gluten. Their gluten free crust option is good, but the Baker can be a hit or miss on this type of crust. Hopefully you get it and it's not over baked. The employees seem happy there. .

Subway is a great choice for lunch or dinner, and now even breakfast! I always get the salads, which they now chop up. It's any sandwich that you want only in the salad. Being gluten-free, this is the best choice for me. Some of the shops though even carry gluten free bread. That's pretty awesome. The food is always fresh and tasty. The service is always good

Discovered the gluten free California Pizza. It is amazing!!!! Subbed parmesan for the mozzarella. One of my new favorites in Ellensburg. Plus they do take out.

Went here for a girl's night last night. So much fun! Attentive bartenders who actually remember what you ordered the last round and are also really friendly. There is a nice clean, and quaint bar with rockin' AC.. Then a huge outdoor area outback with grass, trees, and tables (we even got to admire some wildlife, including a cute Cottontail baby rabbit). It makes it easy to stay there for hours. Food from Red Horse diner is great ( they can do gluten-free sandwiches) and will deliver to the bar! Would definitely go here again, hands down.
