I'm celiac and I've visited this place quite a few times since January. I've ordered online with delivery and pickup, and I love it. The food is always delicious. They have so many options, and I love that because, in general, I haven't found many other places that sell everything gluten-free. The service is very good, the girls are very friendly. The only thing I could mention is that the prices are quite high.

I love their products, plus we found an inclusive place for people with complex food allergies. The flavors do not seem to be for celiacs or diabetics, the flavors really do not change, and they are very good quality products. They are a little expensive, however, it is understood that if you are looking for exclusivity in products, you know that they are more expensive and complex.

A freezing June night, missing a small heater inside to raise the temperature in the dining room. That's the only "bad" thing I have to say. Excellent service, friendly waiters, and the chef made sure everything was delicious. I must say I'm celiac, and I was delighted to be surprised by the special menu for celiacs and those with gluten intolerance. They brought me a small appetizer bread that I finally got to try. The salmon I ordered with pastry cream was delicious. The chocolate mousse for dessert was also delicious. In general, it's amazing for celiacs to be able to eat safely in a place. I was very happy; even the cold went away, haha. Celiac friends, come without fear and eat in peace. Just let them know when you feel your condition and they'll bring you a special menu just for you <3

Very good concept, unfortunately I had a lentil chilli and it was very very salty. The creme brullé is very rich. Gluten-free options are appreciated!

What they prepare is exquisite, however, if you're looking for gluten-free products, they do have them, but they can be cross-contaminated, which can be dangerous for celiacs. At the time I went, there was a limited selection of gluten-free cakes (6:00 PM). The coffee is from a Nescafé machine, by the way.

I had been there before and had very good service. I am celiac and although I know that it cannot be guaranteed that there is no contamination, the time I went they gave me many options and I even celebrated my marriage there, where they treated me extremely well, adapting many dishes. I don't know what happened this time, but the waiter who served me today mentioned to me that The only thing he could offer me was grilled fish and salad. He couldn't offer me rice, puree, anything else. Upon receiving the plate the salad was Lettuce with avocado without any love, poorly presented, withered leaves. They have a menu that indicates which dishes have gluten and many gluten-free options appear, but when asking if the only thing they can offer me is Lettuce with avocado, I don't know why they make that distinction on the menu. I repeat, I understand cross contamination, but sometimes it costs nothing to be kind and try to give some option so that the person feels good and that they are not a nuisance in the place. Oh, he also offered me some boiled potatoes. Thank you for so much kindness It's a shame that not all the staff have the good will.

We went with a group of about 15 adults plus 4 children. Truly spectacular. High impact food. Even though there were many of us, they managed to carry out everything perfectly. Personally, I ordered cheese ravioli, which were exquisite. The kids' dish was hash browns with homemade chicken nuggets. They sell servant and hare, which I totally recommend. They have gluten-free and vegan dishes. As a plus point, leaving aside the issue of food, attention and environment, at the entrance they have toys, books and pencils for children, which as a mother is appreciated. You can't go to Frutillar and not go through Frau Holle.
