Best lunch spot in Kilkenny (as a person from Kilkenny). Girlfriend is celiac and we have not found a spot that caters to her better. The gluten free bread is fresh and tastes just like real bread. The soup is always wonderful. I regularly get the full Irish which is all cooked to perfection and lovely
Staff and owner are all lovely and willing to help with any request.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality food and service in Kilkenny.

We had 3 people in our party and only one had a good food experience. Unfortunately, the 2.people that ordered gluten free pasta dishes were served extremely boring dishes with no flavor and absolutely no attempt at presentation. The gluten free pasta dishes looked like something from a children's menu - no exaggeration, I promise. My dish, Penne Regine All’Arrabbiata, was tasty and well presented. I enjoyed it! Service was attentive. Atmosphere was ok. Tables were close together, somewhat unnecessarily since there was plenty of space in the restaurant. We will not be returning.
A tiny gem in Dublin with jaw-dropping coffee art, a crowd-pleasing menu, and lively outdoor seating that offers a cozy vibe.

I went on Sunday Easter for brunch and even I have forgotten to make a reservation I was lucky and got a table, I had a gluten free Irish breakfast and the food was very good, I also had a chai latte made with oat milk and it’s one off my favorites now.
I definitely will come back there, there was a gluten free cake but I couldn’t try.

Momo in Waterford is an absolute gem for food lovers, offering a vibrant menu with plenty of options for various dietary needs, all served in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment you step inside, the staff greets you with a friendly smile, making you feel right at home. The service is attentive and helpful, creating a wonderful dining experience.
For those seeking dairy and gluten-free options, Momo truly excels. The Catalan Style Monkfish, Prawns & Mussels is an absolute standout. Perfectly cooked seafood in a flavorful sauce, it’s a dish that showcases how gluten and dairy-free options can still be rich in flavour. For dessert, the Lemon & Elderflower Vegan Cheesecake is a dream—light, zesty, and perfect balance of sweetness with a fragrant elderflower note. It's hard to believe it's both dairy-free and vegan!
If you’re not on any dietary restrictions, the Pulled Pork Bao Bun is a must-try starter. The soft bun and tender pork make for a sensational bite or the Scallops, Prawns & Mussels are fresh, delicate, and full of the sea’s natural flavors, while the Slow Cooked Beef Rib is a triumph of rich, melt-in-your-mouth goodness—paired with a rich sauce that makes every bite deeply satisfying.
For dessert lovers, the Passionfruit Tart is pure perfection. Tangy and refreshing, it provides a delightful contrast to the richness of the main courses and leaves you wanting more.
Momo’s atmosphere is equally impressive—a cosy yet modern space with an inviting energy. Whether you're stopping by for a casual meal or celebrating a special occasion, Momo offers the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable evening.
If you're in Waterford, Momo is a dining experience not to be missed!

Best gluten free pizza outside of Italy!
They have a separate oven for GF pizza too!
Came here today just after a cycle. The staff were suuuuuper nice and let me bring my bike in as I didn't have a lock and it was too chilly for me outside.
I had The Goose pizza, as recommended by a staff member, and it was amazing.
Expect beautifully crafted dishes and delightful coffee that keep everyone coming back for more.

Staff were lovely and friendly! Felt really welcoming from the moment I stepped in throughout the meal. Food was delicious and really catering to dietary requirements i.e. Gluten Free. Would love if a honeypot was located in the retail park close to retail park i.e. M&S, JD's, Dunnes etc

We had a fabulous meal here this evening. Staff were very helpful and efficient. 3 coeliacs in our group and all were catered for. Food was tasty, portions were huge. Pizza looked amazing (sadly no gluten free pizza option for me!) but I really enjoyed my curry and GF fries 😋 Would highly recommend and will definitely return 😊

Good value for the money. Decent portions. Gluten free available. Fish chowder is very rich and creamy, absolutely delicious! And the gluten free bread was gorgeous, soft inside and crispy outside, soooo good, I really recommend it. The goat cheese salad (main) comes with 2 big goat cheese and lots of mixed leaves, carrots, pickled beetroot, nuts, etc. Staff is very friendly. My only suggestion to the place is to have a drinks menu, and change those sharp lights that shines straight to your face to soft ones. Other than that, great experience.
A hidden gem known for impressive recommendations and standout pastries that wow even the pickiest taste buds.

What a shame from a unique bakery into a soulless mass produced cafe... Lost all it's magic and appeal. Poor choice of deserts and limited gluten free. What a shame, owner needs to bring back the queens of tart!

Some gluten free options but very little dairy free for a child. No gluten free pasta or pizza and no vegan cheese.
Hard to pick with the options given to a 6yr old being bacon salad or cross contaminated fish n chips.
Ended up paying for adapted adult meals but the food was really delicious.
Cost €85 for 4 dishes and 2 pints of Guiness inc
I had gf lamb shank, very tender and tasty

Our visit to Bewleys earlier today is best forgotten. It was not the experience I was expecting.
The service was less than average. My order was wrong and the food was only luke warm. When I queried the order, the waiter maintained that he'd told me something that he hadn't plus he assumed I was gluten intolerant because I asked for gf toast. Based on this assumption, he decided that I didn't need the boxty on my plate. He then proceeded to tell me that he'd told my friend that they had no boxty, only hash browns, which he also failed to mention when taking the order. To add insult to injury, I told him to bring me the hash browns. They never arrived by the time I'd finished eating. I don't expect any waiter to speak to me in the tone that this man did.
I paid €16.95 for 2 poached eggs, a small portion of smashed avocado, 1 tomato, a tablespoon of beans and 2 small pieces of gf toast. If the hash browns had actually arrived, the toast would have been extra! Tea is also extra at a whopping €4.50. It's a tea bag in a small pot of water! A flat white cost €4.95; tasty but not worth that plus I waited an eternity for it to arrive, having had to ask for it a second time. I was then told by the waitress that it was on its way. I doubt it takes over 15 minutes to make a flat white.
I will never eat here again. The prices are
outrageous and the food wasn't anything special. The restaurant was very busy and all I could think of was, fools and their money, myself included.

We stumbled across this place of November 1st last year and unfortunately came off season! It was very beautiful so we were excited to come back. One of our bunch is coeliac so we were delighted to see some Gluten Free options on the menu - perfect!
We decided to make the trip back down yesterday.
It was really busy when we arrived and unfortunately it seemed like the kitchen had fallen behind but this was no issue. When they had caught up on their tickets - other orders from tables who sat after us were taken before ours... and then when the food came out it was inedible.
The Gluten Free pizza was burnt on the edges and sopping wet in the middle - as much as we tried (because its hard finding GF and we understand that), it couldnt be eaten. One at our table ordered goujons which also came out with charred bottoms and were completely dry and rough.
The floor manager (I think?) was a lovely, charasmatic guy with great customer service who seemed to be running the show well. Unfortunately once he stepped off the floor our experience went vastly downhill. Without him, there probably wouldnt be a star at all..
We will definitely return to the area for the walks and views, but will 100% be bringing picnic bits instead next time.
*Food at some of the other tables looked great - mostly sandwhiches and cakes (not sure if any of that was GF though) so maybe we were just unlucky!
