Before I went to Italy, I thought it would be a shame not to be able to eat pizza or pasta due to my gluten intolerance. But I was pleasantly surprised many times. At San Domenico, I was able to enjoy pici. They served it with gluten-free bread and beer. I was so impressed, and so impressed by the friendly service, that I went back for lunch the next day.
