These products are some of the very best gluten free treats I’ve ever had in Lawrence. I’ve been a loyal customer to OO Bakes for several years now, and I’ve truly been impressed with every new thing that I try from them. The cookies, muffins, and brownies are all amazing and you wouldn’t even know they’re gluten/dairy free! I’ll admit- the products are a little bit on the expensive side (especially compared to normal bakery items), but OO Bakes is worth every penny in my opinion. The bakers clearly put a lot of effort and care into their craft, and everything on display is fresh and portion sizes are excellent. Located inside of Checkers, near the frozen food section (they used to be in the back corner near the other bakery items). There’s a lot of other good gluten free options in the freezer next to the OO Bakes products. Thank you OO Bakes for helping me get through my time in college and making a gluten free lifestyle more enjoyable!

North Italia is a fantastic spot for gluten-free diners! Their gluten-free menu is top-notch, and I love how they don’t compromise on flavor or quality. From the gluten-free pasta to their delicious pizzas, every dish is made with care and tastes amazing. We make a point to visit Shana Cake every time we are in Topeka. My wife is allergic to gluten and, as a result, we have tried various gluten free bakeries and restaurants all over the world. The cupcakes at Shana Cake are my wife's favorite cupcake out of anywhere we have been and all their other treats are excellent as well.

My absolute favorite coffee shop in Topeka. I love the coffee, atmosphere, and service here. My favorite thing is that they have fresh, tasty pastries. They offer menu options that meet different dietary restrictions. I love their gluten - free options & look forward to every visit at Circle Coffee. Stopped in yesterday morning to get some work done. I enjoyed some drip coffee. Great service and atmosphere. As someone who can't have gluten, I was delighted to see all of their bakery items are gluten-free. I purchased some cherry almond butter bites and peanut butter bites to-go, which were devoured by me and my co-workers. Can't wait to come back here.

I ordered a catered lunch for the staff at my office today. Lunch was a huge hit! The management made sure to lettuce wrap some of the burgers for the gluten free folks. Communication was excellent. Some folks who had never tried the veggie burger said it was the best they've ever had. Thank you for a great lunch! Will be ordering it again :)

Excellent drink (both coffee and cocktail) and food options. The waffle breakfast sandwich is tasty and different from the usual coffee shop options - and there is a nice selection of gluten free pastries. Coffee is always perfectly made and the Mai Tai was authentic to the original recipe for the drink - not overly sweet. I love that you can enjoy a beachy vibe in the middle of Kansas during winter! I also love that they lean into the beachy vibe without appropriating native culture :)

Kate is amazing! We did a macaron tower and dessert bar for our wedding and our guests absolutely loved it! I also have a gluten allergy and she was so easy to work with on this! Our desserts looked great, tasted great, and everyone enjoyed! We highly recommend:)

Gluten-free, not certified, pick your own flavors!!! Hand-made! Milk, dark, and gold, which I was told is somewhere around 70% cacao!!! They also have alcohol, coffee, and so much more. I am in trouble because they are right across the road from me.

I loved trying the gluten free jar for the grand opening. It’s always a nice surprise when there’s something gluten free on the menu! The chocolate cake was tender, unlike a lot of gluten free cake out there, and the flavors of caramel and cheesecake were well balanced. A perfect alternative to ice cream on a hot day, or a quick and elegant dessert anytime. The cashier was polite and helpful, and the presentation and customer service were excellent. Definitely recommend coming to check this place out!

Delicious cookie and wonderful service! I was visiting from out of town, and I was craving something sweet. A colleague mentioned that Hot Box offered a “gluten friendly“ cookie, and since I have to eat gluten free, so I inquired. I was told that the pans were used for both gluten-free and gluten-containing cookies, they were kind enough to bake my cookies to-order separately on a new piece of parchment. The guys working there were super friendly & generous, and the cookie hit the spot! ❤️🍪😃

If your gluten sensitive or full-blown celiac disease Culver's is a great place in case you can get a gluten-free bun that is wrapped separately and they fry their fries in separate oil just like Chick-fil-A does

I was looking for gluten free and google tricked me into coming here...bc they don't have much allergic nerd options. 2 non dairy drinks/ice cream options. No gluten free. But it's too cute of a place to deny. Ice cream lovers must not be true ice cream lovers if they haven't been here bc my bestie says it's the best in town!

Everything about Culver's is outstanding except their gluten-free hamburger buns. Since the gluten-free hamburger is the only main dish food item they have, I'm kind of stuck with it when my family wants to eat at Culver's for family dinner night. Everything about the burger is great except the bun. It's reminiscent of the gluten-free buns of 20 years ago. It's grainy, doesn't hold together, and doesn't taste that good. Just the act of picking up my burger tonight had it cracking in 4 places, with a big chunk falling off the burger and crumbling onto my tray. There are a lot of great gluten-free buns out there now. Culver's needs to find one of them and switch.

I'm not a gluten-free person and I don't think I have ever ordered anything that was gluten-free. The gluten-free cookie with oats and peanut butter looked so good I decided to try it. WOW,,, it was really delicious!!!! If you are not a gluten-free person either, don't be afraid to try a gluten-free cookie if they have any when you go in.

Ice cream? Never heard of it. We love this cookie place! The gluten friendly cookies are amazing! I also love the low cal sweet drinks, like drinks from Sonic but so much more variety and flavors.
