Foods always great when we go there and offers a lot of different options. Gluten-free options available as well. Service this time was not great as our waiter was not attentive to our needs and let us sit there for periods of time without coming over to either see if we need more food or drinks. I recommend sitting in the regular dining area and not the bar area

Stopped for dinner while shopping at KOP mall Sunday. We always have such good food and wonderful service. Our waitress was sweet as pie and sadly they had a shift change while we were there, but even the next young lady was awesome. Very attentive and we always had beverages.
As for food everyone's was good but mine was.... weird. Ive never had mine look like this before. I had the Italian Sausage and Mushroom pasta with gluten free noodles. It looked amazing! Supposed to be a creamy parmesan sauce however mine looked like soup. Not this was frustrating. It wasnt creamy at all. I didn't want to burden my sweet waitress so I just ate it, but I should have said something because there was no flavor to my food because of it being soup like.
Not the normal experience I am used to at cheesecake factory.
