This is a staple for me. I always get the sunshine and pd roll but the executive and tnt and the one with mango and jalapeño are also good. The dessert is amazing though I miss the gluten free cheesecakes they used to have. I’ve never gotten sick here. You also can buy their gluten free teriyaki and jalapeño teriyaki in bottles to take home.

Yum yum yum! I love munchies and I always will! I don’t know how long they’ve been in Utah but they know the way to my heart. Most of the yogurtlands we use to have went out of business so the next best place you can go to get delicious frozen yogurt is menchies. Gluten free and vegan options do not disappoint!

Fantastic cheesecake, but their website is difficult to navigate and find information. I tried looking for gluten free flavors and the flavors of the week and it kept taking me to other sections of the site. I have been in to the store as well and they are very helpful and careful with the gluten free options.
