They were stellar from the moment we walked in. They had my mind at ease immediately assuring me they don’t even bring gluten into the building. The food was amazing it felt like a 5 star dining experience. The whole menu being gluten free and without worries of cross contamination it was a fantastic experience with food and service. We had Yorgo's with our daughter and son in law. The Turkey wrap was our sandwich of choice. I had it in a sundried tomato wrap and my wife on gluten-free bread. The vegan potato salad was amazing. Maybe their regular waffles are good, but their gluten free waffles were just about the worst thing we've eaten in a long time. Dense, heavy, and flavorless. The toppings were fine, which saved the meal somewhat. Syrup was just that gummy pancake syrup that's mainly high fructose corn syrup. Lukewarm coffee rounded out the meal, and the folks behind the counter seemed like they'd prefer to be elsewhere. Me too, my man, me too...

Went to Saffron Bistro for date night last night. The food is incredible, the restaurant is spotless, and the the staff is welcoming and attentive.
