We celebrated my daughter’s 16th birthday party at Cavallino. Sepp and his team were absolutely amazing and very accomodating. The food was absolutely delicious and the private function area was the perfect atmosphere for the party. Great gluten free and dairy free options as well! The Palms is a fabulous combination of nursery, homewares and restaurant.
Due to its popularity they couldn’t seat us in the main dining room at lunchtime on a Saturday with no reservation, but no matter, there’s a more casual cafe in the garden out back that’s almost as good.
The menu is more limited - pizza and fish and chips and burgers for example, but the setting can't be beat.
The garden is lovely, and amazingly, even the gluten free pizza turned out pretty good.
