First gluten free pizza since my husband's celiac diagnosis. He said it was very good. Staff very knowledgeable about their menu and gluten free options, answered all our questions. Very impressed. Will go back to try other things but at least my husband knows he can get a pizza that tastes good.
This spot impresses with its attention to detail and dedicated service, making it a go-to for a worry-free experience every time.

Love this location! The staff are very kind and considerate of my gluten allergy. This is literally the only subway I trust to not make me sick. They always change gloves and use separate ingredients and even a separate workspace to make my sandwich. Amazing service, they even memorized my boyfriends order 😂
We've had problems in the past trying to order from Renfrew Milano's but heard there was a new owner and since Milano's has one of the best gluten free crusts (in my opinion) we decided to try again. To say I was disappointed would be a major understatement. My confirmation email said the pizza would arrive about an hour after we orders. Slightly long wait time for a pizza place that is 3 minutes away from our home but I was fine with that. After an hour and a half of waiting I start trying to call them to see if it still coming. After another 30 minutes and 6 phone calls with no answer I decide to give up. The second before I'm about to place an order with a different company Milano's calls me. They explain the wait is because they accidentally made a regular pizza instead of a gluten free one and ask if I would still like my pizza. I clearly say "If it is ready and it's gluten free, then yes I would still like my order." The pizza arrives 15 minutes later and now over an hour later than the quoted time. They did not offer any kind of discount. On a hunch I check the pizza before the driver leaves and it is not gluten free. Absolutely unbelievable. They didn't even tell me and had I not known what there gluten free pizza normally looks like I would have eaten it. I have Celiac Disease and eating that pizza could have made me incredibly sick. I asked for a refund and the driver did provide us with a refund and was apologetic. However, that does not make up for the two hours we wasted waiting and the serious health risk of a false gluten free claim.
Enjoy a vibrant downtown with stunning flower displays and charming historic facades, perfect for a delightful dining experience on the patio.

We dined at Karra’s Way in Renfrew, what an excellent experience! Our server was friendly, prompt and very accommodating and knowledgeable about our dietary restrictions (Celiac/lactose intolerance). I enjoyed the chicken souvlaki and my partner had pork souvlaki. Very nice interior decor along with a sidewalk patio. Amazed at the revitalized downtown area…wonderful flowers and historic facades. We shall return next time we’re down that way!
