Excellent restaurant, frank tastes, powerful sauces, no extravagant flavor combinations, with a perfectly controlled play on bitterness as a common thread. An endive/chicory/juniper pre-dessert to die for. And above all: gluten-free bread! THANK YOU! This is far from being the case in other star hotels.
