In a secluded quiet street of Venice, this restaurant had a wonderfully delicious and creative menu, accomodating to both vegan and gluten free needs. The lovely staff and excellent food makes it one of the best options in Venice for anyone with an alternative diet.

In terms of the reception, I found it quite ok, even very good despite the many negative comments, the place in terms of decoration is nice. In terms of cuisine... all allergens are indicated and there are gluten-free dishes but the quality is not great, including the desserts. Lots of frozen products

"The Pier Dickens is an excellent choice for those looking for a gluten-free pizza in Venice. The quality of the food is excellent, the staff is always polite and kind, and the environment is nice and welcoming. Living in the city, it has become for I'm a real point of reference. The place is very sweet, warm and friendly..
The food is delicious and satisfying..
Soda or plain water is served.
There are even employees who speak Turkish.
There are signs on the menu stating whether there is pork, alcohol or gluten, and they are very useful..
Enjoy stunning views and exquisite presentations, with a standout selection of seafood and special touches that make for a memorable experience.

Wonderful food and views and service. Yes, it’s pricey, but worth it. Lovely seafood selection and presentation. They didn’t have rose by the glass on the menu but he opened a bottle for us anyway! Grazie mille.
Very gluten free friendly, too: they make their own gluten free pasta and offered me a selection of gf bread at the beginning and even brought a few little gf biscuits with espresso at the end. My husband is not gluten free and he enjoyed everything too.
