Food was good and 100% gluten free for celiacs. The website wasn’t showing any reservations so we called. No one spoke English, so we just showed up and there was plenty of seating. Good variety.

Everything, everything, everything for celiacs!!! It's been a long time since I've had such a delicious gluten-free chocolate palm tree. I'll definitely be back.
This intimate, multi-level restaurant impresses with its modern, beautifully original decor and cozy atmosphere that balances space and warmth. It offers a fairly extensive gluten-free menu with very good gluten-free options, complemented by excellent service that enhances the dining experience.

Very good food with an excellent gluten-free menu, but the service could be better.
The waitress got upset when I asked for a pitcher or glass of water, which is something they should provide in Madrid. Then they just serve, not serve the customer.
Set in a newly renovated plaza, this beautiful restaurant offers an inviting terrace with misting systems creating a pleasant, quiet atmosphere. The elegant decor and attentive service make it a comfortable spot, though gluten-free options are limited and cross-contamination risks exist.

I was there years ago and wasn't thrilled with the experience. I returned a few days ago, and the food has improved significantly. The dishes were delicious, well-structured, and reasonably priced. I went with some friends and ordered a salad, which was delicious, a black pizza, a regular burger, and a gluten-free burger. It was appreciated that they had gluten-free bread. I thought it was tacky to charge extra for it, since the restaurant isn't a budget chain, and they could have been kind enough to waive the charge for a basic product. In any case, the experience was very positive. The restaurant is beautiful, and the terrace is very inviting, located in the newly renovated plaza.

Vegan stall in the "Galería Canalejas" food hall (entrance on Alcalá Street) next to Canalejas Square.
They have salads, bowls, smoothies, gluten-free toast, soups.
We ordered a salad and it was very fresh, made to order (they gave us a warning and it took them about 10 minutes to make it) and very tasty and healthy. As they say, they incorporate super foods, the price I think I remember was about €14. It was quite filling, I liked it!
