Well, this did not disappoint! Best Fish chips I have ever had and in huge portion sizes, all cooked to perfection! The 2 young ladies serving were lovely and friendly but still professional and deserve credit. The fish was beautiful crispy, the chips were flavoursome and non of it dripping in oil. They even offer gluten free! (I forgot to take pics)

Brilliant gluten free options! I have visited loads of lounges across the uk i can honestly say I have never had a bad meal, staff at chesterfield branch are brilliant would like to give a shout out to the red haired lady with pony tails who was our server... Very Very good at her job! ... always get good vibes when I go to a lounges.

The restaurant was well lit and nicely presented from the outside. Unfortunately not welcomed much since it was a busy night. We had to shuffle through the madness and await seating which is fine. We was placed right near the pizza oven which was nice to see freshly baked pizza, but unfortunately VERY cold! Like I was in Italian Alps and not a restaurant. We did not get asked about drinks or food for 22 minutes. We did indicate that my wife was gluten free but somehow she did not alert us that the chocolate fondant was NOT gluten free luckily my wife questioned it. Therefore the female chef doing Pizzas had intervened and offered chocolate brownie. The starters was amazing and truly felt authentic taste with great flavours. The mains were beautiful with lovely sauce. The desserts were gorgeous with such chocolate aura, it was nice and rich, with ice cream to smooth it down. The food without a doubt is super tasty without a doubt. Alot of the service needed we had to call out which makes it difficult in busy days. Simple things like we asked for water so they gave a jug but no glasses, when I wanted to pay the bill, I wanted to pay by card and I asked do I need to go to the bar or pay where I am. I was asked it can be brought to me if I wanted. As a restaurant just needs a little thought of let's make the customers comfortable and just bring the card machine to them. I know service charge is optional but you feel bad for staff working hard to deny them. The toilets were colder than the restaurant but let's see. I will becoming back to see what the food tastes like again.

Have been for takeaway and eaten in their restaurant and always enjoy the experience. Great gluten free fish and chips, cooked separately, and staff knowledge about food allergies. Would recommend, especially if you need gluten free!

Lovely evening, delicious food We the enjoyed the variety of gluten free options. Reasonable price Service was okay a bit slow on the drinks but understandable due to it being quite busy. Felt a little rushed at the end as tables had been booked overlapping being an all you can eat you’d expect a longer time slot than 1 hour 30 min especially when it took 15 minutes to take our first order. But over all a very enjoyable experience and will definitely be coming again

Doesn't really change from year to year and quite honestly, it needs a serious re vamp and refurbishment. Food is good enough but portions seem to have reduced eg when you used to get two toast with your breakfast you now only get one. Gluten free options are great as they are seriously lacking in other cafés in Chesterfield. Staff can be a bit hit and miss, friendly and welcoming one day but a bit abrupt and off hand another so pick your day and staff member! Could be a lovely little place if they spent a bit of money on it.

If you are visiting anywhere near Chesterfield (I would define near as within 100 miles) then I would make a detour to this place...it's absolutely superb. Tasty food. Lots of choice. Plenty of gluten free options. Kids menu. Dog friendly. We took a non vegan friend and she was well impressed too.

Everything was good, lasagne was perfect. My friend who is coeliac, had gluten free pizza which was best she's had. We also got Blue Light Card discount for NHS.

Thank you so much for catering for a baby shower!!! There was so much selection on the afternoon tea for only £14.99 by far the cheapest in Chesterfield and with lots of extras such as quiche, pork pie, and macaroons. The food was delicious, Rachel was brilliant in providing gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options for the afternoon tea with just as much choice as a regular one. All the staff were lovely and we were able to reserve the whole terrace for no extra cost to host the event. The food was so nice and there was plenty left over, staff were attentive and provided great customer service! We will definitely be returning!!

We placed a lunch time order today for over 20 people today. Each order was indivudual and included vegan and gluten free requests. From start to finish the service was fantastic. The owner was very accommodating and made sure our order was freshly prepared and ready on time to collect. The food itself was very good. We had absolutely no issues with any of the food being incorrect and each order was prepared exactly as requested. And the portions were very generous! We were so pleased that we chose Leon's for our team lunch. Thank you.

My wife has a slight gluten intolerance and said so when the waitress asked about allergies. Stupid mistake. We then were barred from ordering on the app and the waitress wouldn’t relent when we insisted it was a mistake and we were hungry and please could we just order on the app, which would have been easier. All in all an evening nearly derailed by a weirdly dogmatic waitress. Apart from that food was the same as usual.

Saw online that it was dog friendly, luckily it was a nice sunny day as dogs aren't allowed inside so we sat out front. Great coffee and a decent breakfast. Gluten free options on their menu too, shame I only got one slice of gluten free toast with my breakfast when the standard version comes with two

Food - I decided to try out the butternut squash base, after few bites it grew on me. Could be more thicker and softer, other than that it was great 🍕 Staff - all staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Arron [at 9pm on 12 March] informed me pizza was uncut because I was in a car, offered to cut and made me aware that slicer had been used on gluten based dough. Yes I would go back for more 🍕 😀
