I wat there with friends as I'm coeliac and restaurant Coeliac UK certified safe. So was surprised when they insisted I sign ( click on) an allergy waiver. Had just listened to Radio 4 program saying they shouldn't be used. Food was OK but cod a bit dry
We have become regulars here over the past few weeks - the staff are friendly, kind and helpful, there is always a positive buzz whatever time of day you're here and the food is delicious. For fellow vegans and people who are gluten free, there are gf and vegan options available.
Leah's has become our favourite place to visit at the weekend - If you haven't been to Leah's before, treat yourself!
I enjoyed a lovely meal in this very comfortable pub with my daughter and son-in-law. I enjoyed the company, food and atmosphere very much. The only improvement for me would have been to have more choice as I am coeliac but the gluten free choices were very limited.
Have eaten at Funky Feast in Lockmeadow and also got a delivery and both times the food was delicious and the service was fantastic!! My wife and son both have gluten intolerance and the chef was clued up and told me exactly what I can and can't have. The chicken sharwma with all the fillings is absolutely delicious and the jollof rice with garlic prawns is a must!! Will be ordering from here again 100%!!
This is so much better than the old pizza express. The pizzas are back to being delicious really liked the BBQ burnt ends pizza, gluten free pizzas/pasta are still available and delicious. Friendly efficient staff . Nice sized restaurant and using clubcard vouchers made it more affordable.
Lovely authentic restaurant. Very relaxed atmosphere, no rushing and none of this ‘we need your table back in 2 hours nonsense’. As a result we sat for a long time ordering cocktails and having fun. The service was a little slow but to be honest, that suited us as nothing was rushed. Really good vegan and gluten free options but just one main vegan and gluten free option. The mushroom risotto was still lovely, but it would be great to see a few more options
Our experience was excellent. It was very busy but our waitress May, was attentive, friendly and professional. She was totally rushed off her feet but we were very well looked after. Whilst you have excellent gluten free options and excellent vegan options, your menu is very limited for both combined and I’m always stuck having the same thing.

One of the best restaurants in Maidstone without a doubt. Beautiful Italian spot with incredibly attentive staff, a wonderful cosy atmosphere and delicious food. The prawn linguine is incredible - and catered brilliantly for my gluten free friend
Every course was delicious, service was excellent and the atmosphere was as it’s always been, casual and friendly. The gluten free black forest gateaux was the best GF desert I’ve ever had!
We had a big table of almost 20 on New Year’s Eve and Wildwood didn’t disappoint. Considering how busy it was, the service was excellent and for a chain, the food is good too. Very limited (just one option!) vegan Gluten Free dishes though. We’d definitely return if there was more on offer.
Food was very good. There are several options catering for plant based gluten and dairy free. I was looking forward to a nice cup of coffee but was very surprised that dairy free milk was not available.
