Fantastic pub. We are a family of 4 and chose to eat here. The restaurant was full, we didn't book, but they accommodated in the bar area which was spacious. One of our boys is gluten free and they had a gf pizza for him. We all had pizza and wasn't disappointed. They were huge hence the price but they boxed up the leftovers.
The young lad behind the bar was spot on as was the selection of ales.

Exceptional good value. Small fish chips and peas only ÂŁ7.70 to eat in! Portion was a good size for the average appetite. Formica tables. No frills but very good value for money. They also do gluten free. I would recommend.
