Casual creative and delicious. This is our new favorite escondido eatery. We can take our pup. The menu is varied, unique and well executed. My fave is the camaron taco. My husband loves the chili relleno taco. They have vegan, gluten free items.

The good is that there are gluten free items on their menu and staff seemed knowledgeable. Staff were friendly and nice. Prices were high. Presentation was very nice on items ordered. The shrimp cocktail very good and not skimpy.
The octopus starter dish Super chewy, not done properly. MaiTai was very good. Old Fashions came with nothing to stir with so folks were complaining about that. The Tiger Shrimp and Grits...shrimp was good, the grits were too thick and gummy, the whole plate very salty. Over all a meh experience and we won't be going back. Too expensive for a meh experience.

This should be a 4.8 out of 5. The service is excellent. The ambiance is charming. My only qualm is the limited amount of gluten-free options, but it's a brewing company: I cannot fault them for showcasing their specialty. It's just difficult to figure out what to eat. Thankfully, the server Jesus was super understanding and helpful. Totally worth the limited options. Also, the chocolate marquise cake is so good; 10/10 would recommend.

OMG, just SO GOOD! My friend and I stopped here on our way to Temecula - it's really hard to find vegan food as is, but GOOD vegan food is impossible UNTIL NOW! We shared the guac which was outstanding! Then when our food came, our jaws hit the floor! Beautiful presentation and huge portions! My friend got a burrito the size of her head lol and I got the Gordita Plate (Gluten Free option) and added cheese and sour cream. I don't have words to describe how delicious everything was! The cucumber drink was so refreshing and the horchata was perfectly sweet as my liquid dessert. I can't wait to go back!

Double check your ticket/ check before paying. My family and I visited this place last week while in town and noticed that our bill was incorrect and when I asked for them to change it, the guy argued saying it was the correct prices. I had to show him the menu and it was only then he changed it. If they make this “ mistake “ with every patron it can definitely add up for them.
On the other hand this place was pretty busy and is favored by a lot of locals which we can see why. The menu is huge and offers many Asian cuisines from mostly Vietnamese, some Chinese, some Thai and even a couple Filipino dishes and is even vegan & gluten free friendly. Half my family is vegan so this is a great place for both omnis and vegans due to their options. Since it was listed as a Vietnamese restaurant and saw the menu was mostly Vietnamese Cuisine, we all just got different Phos and I love that they have a true pho flavor soup that was made with veggies and the traditional pho spices. It was tasty and packed with fresh veggies BUT it was definitely on the sweeter side. Even the broth felt sticky after it spilled a little on the table. I’m not sure if this is the norm here or just that day that they put way too much rock sugar in their broth but either way it was too much for me.

Super fun little knick knacky spot. Kind of feels like you're in an 80's sitcom hangout. The ladies are very sweet! The food was quite good, including a gluten-free selection. If I lived a little closer I would be a regular- but instead I'll be an occasional visitor. Either way, I'll definitely be back!

This place is delightful, the inside is really cute with a big fake tree and string lights. The boys are private and comfy. The service was really good, we had a server named Destiny who was efficient and kind.
My Mom has the chicken fried steak and biscuits and she loved it.
I would've given 5 stars, but there are zero gluten free items and if you order a dish modified to be gluten free, it's stripped of everything that makes it good. They even make their hollandaise with wheat! It was so disappointing! I dreamed of gf beignets..... but my dreams were crushed.

Please be careful what you order, their brisket or BBQ, or both, are marinated or cooked in something that eliminates the gluten free option. We are not sure which entree was the culprit, please double check how the meat is cooked when you order.
Besides our GF reaction, go with the St. Louis BBQ sauce, their house sauce is bland. Adding brisket to the salad was a good option, but the brisket was cold, so it did not add to the greens.
We absolutely enjoyed the cole slaw, perfectly flavored and just wet enough. We were split with the BBQ, it was average, nothing memorable, just filling.

Great dinner place to go as a couple or a group! We went here for New Year’s Eve. They made it festive with decorations and a preset menu to help things more quickly and smoothly with more people coming in. I had the short rib, and it was delicious!! Our server was friendly, helpful with my questions about gluten free options, and made our dinner a good experience. The views were beautiful. They had live music upstairs. We’d love to come back again!

The See-Yew is soooooo gooooood! They have a gluten free version (no soy sauce or maybe they use tamari?). Careful when you choose on the spicy scale, we ordered a 5 outr of 10 and could barely finish the first time. The second visit we got 1/10 and it wasn't spicy at all. We also liked the satay and Thai iced tea. Our server was very efficient and kind. We will be back again for sure.

Amazing food and fantastic prices! And they're so friendly! If you enjoy Panda Express, you'll LOVE Dragon Express. They have some of the same dishes, but WAY TASTIER. I LOVE their mushroom chicken! Better quality meat and lots more vegees. It really tastes homemade. I also love the coconut shrimp, which is gluten free! They have dishes available made to order, as well. And they have my favorite Chinese dinner dessert--sesame balls. This is the place I'll come from now on to satisfy Chinese food cravings.
The food was good, portions pretty good. Our waitress wasn't super outgoing, but she wasn't negative or rude. And she was gracious in the face of our gluten free requests. I'd go again if I'm in town and get a hankering for middle eastern food.

My favorite fast food burger. Love their coupons and usually get the bacon cheeseburger combo. Great price and really delicious. I can't eat gluten, so I leave off the bread and eat both burger patties with the fries. It's plenty of food. Also, love their frosted, frozen cokes for occasional treats--especially when it's this hot. They also get food out very quickly whether ordering in person or from the app. This location is WAY BETTER than the one near Auto Park Way and the Target. It's run better, the staff are friendlier and more knowledgeable, and they usually have everything in stock.

Applebee's is one of my favorite places to eat for many reasons. In fact, three reasons are 1) the food is usually prepared as requested; 2) the service is outstanding and the prices are reasonable. They seem to value customers no matter is they have special dietary questions like what's gluten-free?; can I have double broccoli?; or can you ask the chef if there's peanut, eggplant, gluten in the entrée or sauce due to my allergy or food restriction? Finicky eaters are treated gracefully so here's a public, "Thanks, Applebee's Staff." We all, of course, left a 20% tip! 💕
