What a cute little place! I'm so glad that I chose this restaurant for my first meal after landing in San Diego. The service was impeccable. It felt like visiting someone's home. Everyone was so genuine and caring. They checked in on me often without being overbearing. And I never felt rushed.
My drink and food came out very quickly. And everything was soooo good! While I didn't try the spicy salsa, the other two were very good. I think the red one was my favorite. I was concerned about needing to order a side, but the Arepa was very filling! I love that it was gluten free and vegan but didn't substitute the flavor.
This is a great neighborhood spot that I hope stays around for a long time!
This bustling spot features live music, a lively atmosphere, and generous portions, making it a go-to for a fun night out.

Gluten free options are available, just had to ask the waiter. Almost everything on the menu can be made Gluten free. The food was delicious, staff were accommodating and the atmosphere was fun!
Unexpectedly delightful with an inviting vibe and standout dishes that leave you fully satisfied and wanting more.

I honestly was not expecting much from this place but I was so surprised. This was probably one of the best places I've ever eaten in my entire life. Even more so is there than most educated I've ever seen a restaurant with food allergies. They knew exactly what cross-contamination was and being Celiac this was the easiest place to eat on earth. I had the crab stuffed salmon. As somebody who has white level of spicy I was a little bit nervous to order this. Just had the perfect amount of space and the portion was so filling. Normally when you order Seafood you leave hungry but I was so content. I actually would have licked the plate clean. I'd do some sketchy shit for this plate. The flan was also very good but small for the portion size.
Wow what a great restaurant! So tasty! Lots of gluten free options, they immediately knew what we can eat and what we can’t, very nice waitress. Don’t skip the desserts!
We sat outside in the courtyard on a very beautiful day and enjoyed some of the best Indian food we’ve ever had. We highly recommend. And plenty of vegan and gluten-free options available.
Vibrant spot with homemade tortillas and great drinks; the lively atmosphere makes it a must-visit for a fun time and local tips!

Manny....hands down that's all you need to know. Delicious food, GREAT service. Manny answered all our questions, gave us great recommendations for San Diego entertainment and was so quick to respond to our food questions and requests. Manny had the BEST personality and was beyond helpful. Homemade tortillas, great food and drinks as well as gluten free options. Such a good time!

I am gluten free and always suspicious of eating anywhere that doesn’t show up on the “FindMe Gluten Free” app. Working in San Diego for a week and a coworker requested that we all eat dinner here. I was resigned to my mental fate of ordering a salad.
Much to my surprise and delight, there are plenty of options for gluten free dining at this restaurant and the filet mignon special with a cognac reduction was one of the most delicious steaks I’ve ever had.
The up charge for gluten free is higher than many places, but the food is so good that I didn’t mind one bit. Would definitely eat here next time I’m in town.
Amazing food but prepare for a leisurely experience with slow service that tests your patience.

We had sushi here, the food was amazing. However, the service was tooooo slow, we waited around 40 min between our first and second round of sushi order. They even took 20 minutes to bring gluten free soy sauce and any other little things we requested.
Amazing authentic Mexican food! We love Mexican food and try new places all the time but this by far is the most amazing, fresh and authentic we have ever had. Great service and gluten free options. Highly recommend!! ❤️❤️❤️
Enjoy a lively atmosphere with a talented mariachi singer, a relaxed vibe, and shorter waits at this welcoming, family-friendly spot.

Extremely kind and attentive service. Great live mariachi singer, relaxed environment with a family-friendly feel. Newer restaurant so the wait is way shorter than all the others on the block. Accommodating to gluten free guests too!
Experience an enticing sushi haven where quality reigns, and booking ahead is key for the ultimate treat.

It has taken me forever to leave a review but I love Sushi Tadokoro. The sushi is great and so are all the non-sushi items. Didn't get the Omakase because of a gluten sensitivity, but the sushi was great nonetheless. Not cheap, but make sure you book ahead and don't look at the prices, just enjoy. If you really want the full experience, then get the Omakase.
