Wow! What service! They were EXTREMELY busy today! But, we only waited 15 minutes to sit. Everyone was bustin' butt especially the server Nyma! They need to give this lady an award! She literally waited on EVERY table and the whole place was PACKED! Our chief Rodrigo was darling! AMAZING show! I can't get over that egg trick where he spins the egg on the spatula and then throws it in his pocket! The food was DELICIOUS especially the shrimp! My boyfriend commented that the steak just melts in your mouth (he had the filet mignon). DEFINITELY get the 6 course meal so you can see the whole show and get the full meal spread! My family really enjoys the Benihana Trio! I have allergies to Gluten and Dairy! They accommodated me the whole way from start to finish of our order! There was NO CROSS CONTAMINATION! I can TRUST Benihana EVERYTIME for my Allergy Needs! Annie Budjav is such an AMAZING MANAGER! Please give her a raise! She REALLY knows how to run the show! I saw her jumping in for her team wherever they needed it! She's such a good boss who truly understands how to run a fast pace store on a busy day and I can see she truly cares for her team! I have a gluten allergy and have visited this restaurant four times in the past six months. Each time, I clearly communicated my allergy to the server, who confirmed with the kitchen that my order—specifically the turkey burger on a gluten-free bun—was safe. I was wondering why I was getting sick and couldn’t narrow it down.
Unfortunately, I recently discovered that the turkey patty contains breadcrumbs. This is not just disappointing, it's dangerously irresponsible. If the restaurant cannot accommodate gluten allergies, they should be upfront about it rather than repeatedly assuring customers that their food is safe. I hope they take this feedback seriously to prevent any health risks for others in the future.
I would not trust this restaurant as their staff is incompetent.
