The food is good. The reason I gave 1 star is due to the fact that my celiac husband was fed regular pasta instead of the gluten free pasta he ordered. (This happened in 2024) We didn't realize it was wrong because we had not eaten here before. We learned of the mistake when the manager stopped by our table to check in. The manager apologized and said they would comp the meal. They didn't refund the meal. Had they followed through, we would have given them another try.

Good service and plenty of gluten free options! I'm not sure if it's celiac safe since the kitchen uses shared equipment, but for gluten allergies, it has plenty!

My husband and I stopped there traveling from Colorado to Oklahoma. I have celiac and have a hard time eating away from my "home area" because of that. They do have a separate gluten free menu which made my life much easier. We ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp as an appetizer, and it was mind blowing. For entrees I ordered the lime grilled chicken and highly recommend that. My husband ordered the ribeye and on his first bite closed his eyes in bliss. We also had the cheesy corn, pit smoked beans, and veggie skewers. Everything was fabulous and we will definitely be stopping again when we come back through. Our server was an absolute sweetheart and kept our drinks fresh and let us know the status of our order from time to time. When she found out we were traveling, she proactively offered us to-go drinks and wished us safe travels. So whether you're traveling through or in the area, we both highly recommend you stop in and give them a try.

We ordered to go online. I have never had Schlotzsky's before but my husband had, it was amazing! My sandwich was on a gluten-free bun and was soooo good! The side salads we ordered were bigger than we expected but so fresh & delicious! Definitely going back for more when we can. 😍

I went today 7/25/24 the service was terrible. My order was messed up I ordered a veggie spud didn't get it, I ordered a grilled chicken club no tomato, what I got was chicken & cheese on wheat bread with mayo instead of honey mustard. I ordered a Smokey pepper jack turkey on gluten free bread, & a lemon blueberry cheesecake didn't get it, got a cookie instead. The first time I went last week it was very good & very good service which is why I decided to go there for lunch today @ 1:02pm. Today was not it

Gluten free travel led me to this gem. I told my server I will need a to-go container, as I expected I would only eat half and be on my way. First bite in and I told her “forget the to-go box”. I typically eat for fuel…this meal was fuel and absolutely delicious. They totally took care of my gluten free needs and served up a great meal. For here. Give them your money. They have gluten free and dairy free choices. We were thrilled to celebrate my friend's 60-something birthday here. We even had leftovers for another meal to remind us of the great food at Olive Garden.

Lots of good gluten free and vegetarian options here and very flavorful food. I had a tasty bibimbap bowl with tofu and my aunt really enjoyed the japchae. I'll for sure be back if I'm in Salina again.

The wait staff was great, friendly and attentive. We went for lunch, our food was brought out quickly and tasted great. Our son has Celiac disease so that's always a concern for us when eating out. Our waitress promptly got us a gluten free menu, which they have quite a bit that is GF. She made sure to take care with his order noting his dietary concerns. Thank you.

I placed order thru the internet for my breakfast...I received confirmation of the order and a time to pick it up.... After waiting more than 30 minutes the workers decided they never received my order yet the money was taken out of my account! I could not get IHOP to refund my money - (I now had waited 50 minutes over and was late taking medication that needed to go with food.) you have to go thru an app that starts with eat... everyone working the grill area just kept saying we are working on it when in fact they did NOT HAVE THE ORDER! Because it was not a good day for me, the manager filled the order very nicely, the food was good and GLUTEN FRIENDLY which I needed. So, Food was great, manager was really nice but how they handle the app NEEDS a lot of work!

They went above and beyond for my family. My son is severely celiac and they changed gloves no problem, they change even the scoppers to clean ones that didn't touch gluten and everything .Ethan had a big smile on his face and said it was not a problem! Thank you to the guys working there tonight! Our family apreciates it!

I found this restaurant while traveling through but wish we lived closer because I want to try everything on the menu! The loaded elote frips were amazing and they even accommodated our gluten preference by serving sliders on lettuce wraps. My girlfriend was blown away with the chicken bacon ranch slider (but didn't save any to share) and my favorite was the jambalaya slider. Bravo to Bravo Sliders-n-Bites👏

Few comments on here about too expensive and people being rude, let me break it down...first off its locally owned and operated and the owner and daughter are two of the nicest people and down to earth you will ever meet...everyone has bad days and if you dealt with customers on a daily business you would realize that...they use nothing but 100% fresh mozzarella and quality ingredients and they use a higher quality gluten flour which is why they have the best crust in town...along with heavier toppings ...I for one don't mind paying more for a higher quality pizza experience..so quit complaining and go eat your 5.99 pizza with imitation cheese...ap flour and skimpy ingredients.. have fun the next day when your stomach doesn't agree with what you ate. You want to talk expensive go try Scheme pizza

I had the fried fish and shrimp. Fried mushrooms Very tasty. My mom must have gluten free she got 2 grilled fish and 5 grilled shrimp. Was very good came with grilled onions and peppers, red beans and rice, and coleslaw. Service was good, Waitstaff were friendly and helpful.
