Love sobo cafe!! They are so careful and have so many gf options. I’ve eaten there so many times and never had an issue. The food is so yummy, my gf mom also loves this place. Cocktails are great too!!

I ordered a gluten free pizza with dairy free cheese. I had the pineapple, bacon, and jalapeno pizza and added franks red sauce. I was going to just eat one piece before I got home and ate the whole thing! This is the pizza I've been missing! It was soooo good. The cheese melted into this creamy sauce so it wasn't completely cheese-like but it wasn't hard like the other dairy free cheeses I've had before. I can't wait to take my hubby back for a date night!
SMASH DOG all the way... I thoroughly enjoyed 2 house specials together as one and the only way to enjoy this exceptional gluten free crust crispness. Do not forget the fo dippin chz sauce.
Cozy vibes and a friendly atmosphere make this spot a must-visit for breakfast lovers seeking a homey experience.

My fiancé and I came here after staying in the inner harbor for work. We love a good breakfast and Spoons was highly recommended from a friend. I am gluten free and they didn’t have a marked menu, I got a side of 2 eggs with their breakfast potatoes! The potatoes were super good the eggs were broken which I prefer them a little runny but it’s ok. My fiancé got coffee and a biscuit breakfast sandwich which he said the biscuit was really good and the meal overall was good! The vibes were very homey and cozy. We are glad we tried it here!

We had an absolutely amazing time having dinner here!
As somebody with a very strict gluten-free diet, this was the first Chinese restaurant I was able to comfortably eat at and enjoy every meal. Every dish could be made gluten-free with soy sauce on the side and gluten free rice noodles, and our waitress Stephany (a real MVP!) was really great with checking each dish and ingredient to make sure it was okay.
Not only were the dishes okay to eat, they were absolutely delicious! I’m very happy I got to experience authentic Chinese food.
NOTE: people with celiac or highly gluten sensitive folks should be careful, the kitchen is not certified GF so there may be cross contact.
Mother's was amazing. They have a Braille menu for Blind/Low Vision patrons, a gluten-free menu, a normal menu, and a doggie menu with options for Fido. I had their "Best in Baltimore Buffalo Chicken sandwich" that was pretty tasty. Others in my group had a gluten free burger with crab meat on it, a french dip sandwich, and an order of fish and chips. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Great food and drink options across the menu.
You know who’s not supposed to eat pizza? Me, the guy with celiac disease. Let me tell you something...some things in life are worth the danger and if there is any gluten-filled slice of chaos worth enduring, it’s at this pizza joint. We are talking quality ingredients. Like fresher than a fade on a Friday night. Fresher than white Air Force one sneakers out the box.
Ever wrote a haiku before? You will after you eat a slice of this pizza. I’m home painting slices of pizza with pretty little pepperoni like Bob Ross’ spirit took over my hands because of this spot. The people working the oven should just be called Team Merlin the way they’re working magic. Pricey you say? Yeah...if you’re a peasant that’ll settle for Ellio’s out the freezer. You gonna pay $10 for a steak at Denny’s or get your money’s worth with $40 at Mastro’s Steakhouse in Boston?
Yeah, I’ll cough up a $10 spot for something official like this. Don’t be silly. Indulge in the finer things and don’t look back.

Their pancake selection is staggering and inventive. Pricey, but worthy. I had poached eggs, bacon, corn tortillas (I'm gluten free) and heap of fresh fruit--grapefruit, orange, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries! What a treat! For only $11.00! The decor is a treat too.
Amazing gluten free pizza in the Baltimore downtown area. It tastes homemade, and the owner hand delivered it to my house, very personable and seems to be passionate about his business which I love as that love shows up in the food 💜
Charming and laid-back vibe with a cute atmosphere, perfect for a casual hangout.

This place was so cute! Absolutely loved the food and the chill vibe. It's definitely very laid back/casual and I was there for it!
As a gluten-free eater, I was very pleased to see their menu had very clear markings for gf vs gf upon request vs not gf. I'd definitely eat here again! (They do have a cross-contamination warning on their menu; I am not hyper-sensitive, and I didn't have an issue.)
Known for its standout catfish option, this spot offers a lively atmosphere but could up its game with stronger drinks and diverse sides.

Absolutely love Nola as they have a gluten free option for catfish to die for. Would like a better variety of sides that are gluten free. Service Is usually good but the drinks aren’t that strong. I would suggest a shot or a pre bottled item.
Food was very good! We had someone with a gluten allergy and the waitress was so great figuring out what she could eat. Would go again to try the full menu and not just brunch :)
