We went to Crave on the way home from the Capital Health Neurosciences Hospital. We had a long morning, I had to get back to working, but my daughter really wanted to stop and we are both Celiac and have enjoyed Crave previously. I was pushing for Wawa because we were in a rush so I could work.
We ordered Avocado on Toast and the Crave Eggs and Bacon plus coffees. The woman was very friendly and said our food would be ready in five minutes-- It was not very busy, but I assumed 10 minutes was probably the reality. Five minutes would have been a dream. We waited more than thirty minutes and asked her multiple times-- I had to push back two meetings and made me sour on the place a bit.
The food continues to be good, just order ahead!
A hidden gem in the market offering fresh, flavorful dishes with a focus on local ingredients and a warm, inviting vibe.

I look forward to visiting Lady and the Shallot every single week. During Covid, my weekly trip to visit the LatS ladies kept me sane, well-nourished, and connected to an incredible community that champions small family businesses, incredibly delicious/allergy-friendly food, and animal/human rights.
I am not a vegan, but every time I eat at Lady and the Shallot, I want to be. Fran and Kate (the owners) have curated a menu that stumps me with what to order every week because everything is so delicious. I typically go with the taco flight because I get a little taste of 4 of their best flavors - that's truly the secret sauce of LatS (pun intended) - Kate and Fran have put so much thought and care into curating a menu exploding with flavor. I tell them every week - I can't wait for their sauces to go national so I can buy them in bulk at Costco!
Honorable mention to the insanely delicious chili oil that you can add to any dish for an extra zing. Another reason to visit every week - specials and baked goods! As if ordering weren't tough enough from the main menu, LatS often has seasonally fresh and flavorful specials that make you want to add an extra side dish to your meal. Ashley's baked goods are out of this world and are truly the only gluten free/dairy treats I can have that taste insanely delicious and don't upset my tummy.
But what makes Lady and the Shallot most special is the warm atmosphere and 1000/10 customer service. Fran and Kate go above and beyond to make every customer feel welcome and happy - even the ones that are not so nice to them. I've seen them bend over backwards to satisfy every customer while putting their hearts and souls into the success of this family business.
Experience speedy service and great vibes, plus tasty specialty shakes and refreshing lemonades that hit the spot!

ShakeShack in Princeton -
Food looked great, tasted great, and was served up really FAST! Staff is always smiiiilin’ - and work well together to get special orders (gluten and dairy allergies) just right! I’ll also occasionally try one of the specialty shakes, or a lemonade, which hit the spot!
Give’s a try! Good value!
Known for its top-notch fries that are crispy and quick service, this spot outshines others with its efficient order turnaround.

I have celiac disease so one of the very few things I can eat from Chick-fil-A is their french fries as they use a dedicated fryer to cook them. The fries at this location? The absolute best fries I've had at any Chick-fil-A. They were crispy and not at all greasy. This location was also very quick in getting our order out. We're used to long waits at other locations. Great service!
High-quality dishes and a dedicated team that goes above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable experience, even when mistakes happen.

Messed up my own order by ordering something I couldn't eat (I have celiac) also didn't mention that I have an eating restriction on the app (was driving). The dish was like $45 so I know it's expensive to have to remake. The owner had the kitchen remake my entree, for something that was my own fault, in a way I could eat it without batting an eye. Fantastic food, Fantastic service. Could not recommend enough!
They have a separate gluten free menu and the fish is really really good. But for some reason, the two sides that come with an entry are teeny tiny. I ordered the 8 oz salmon with veggies and garlic mashed potatoes and was really hungry still after my meal. My friend who joined me for dinner was also shocked how little food was given for the side dishes. The food is great but just not enough.
An incredibly helpful manager ensures a great experience with delicious offerings and fresh flavors that customers rave about.

I went last night with my family for a birthday dinner. We called ahead to inquire about gluten free items. First off the gluten free labels on the menu are so small they are hard to see, they still messed it up, everyone ate but me, and when the pasta came everyone had eaten. They stated pasta was not cooked. When the pasta came it was undercooked not al dente. It was my first and last time going here. It was the worst dining experience in my life. I would give negative 5 stars if possible. I would never return to this place ever again. If you have food allergies this is not the place to go. I am sure they are all the same. Beware and stay away!
Charming spot in Princeton and Lawrenceville with cozy vibes, popular for tasty breakfasts and a welcoming atmosphere.

I'm sure disappointed that there are no vegan pancakes at the pancake house. Glad there was some gluten free options for my friends. Some restaurants can make a gluten free recipe that is also vegan. Please consider this.
Went for first time today. Atmosphere good. Within a minute upon entering I liked the place. Nicely crowded with a lot of families and older people - good sign. They also can make many dishes gluten free, so good for celiacs too. "Happy birthday" songs a bit too loud.
The food is typical of your everyday Olive Garden, what differentiates this restaurant was the service. Our server, I believe her name was Jen A., was wonderful. We had very specific needs, both my husband and son don't eat gluten. And she removed the noodles from his minestrone soup to accommodate his dietary restriction. The manager towards the end of our meal came around to check in on us. I felt like they were making sure that we knew that our patronage was appreciated.
Expect a cozy spot with ample seating and tasty dishes; it's a local favorite for a reason, even if parking can be tricky on weekends!

Took the family for lunch. Was really impressed by how genuinely friendly the employees were. They went out of their way to look up whether or not there is gluten in their fries (daughter can't eat gluten). Food was delicious. Frankly the burgers crush Five Guys. Thanks for a great visit.
Good food, fair prices.... nice atmosphere.... accommodated friend's gluten free diet....but please... don't disappear when it's time to finish up, so we can pay the check when we're done and ready to go.
Amazing food, friendly staff, and lovely atmosphere. I was impressed by their gluten free pasta. Their fettuccine alfredo was some of the best I've had. Highly recommend the pork chop.
