I went for dinner last night and they were amazing! They prepared all my food before the noodles were put on the grill for everyone else. They used gluten free soy sauce for everything that was cooking at the same time as mine. I was a little nervous sitting at the hibachi table but was pleasantly surprised! I will def be going back any time I’m in the area!

I am still kicking myself for not taking pics of my food. When I tell a chef I want my filet mignon to moo back at me, I expect it to moo back at me. Guess what? that's what I got. The gluten free calamari was to die for. Not rubbery, very crispy and a very generous portion. The atmosphere was very calm, classy and not in a snobbish sort of way. I will definitely be going back there when I'm in Glens Falls.
