Gluten free, dairy free pizza? Count us in! Our server was helpful in figuring out which pizza toppings would be okay for our dietary restrictions. We went with the Bishop and the Charcuterie pizzas, both of which were fantastic. They also have gluten free wraps and crackers to sub for sandwiches and appetizers with bread. We were sat at the windows facing Front Street, so people watching was fun. However, surrounded by other tables/ other people in our little corner the noise level got really loud.

Will was our server and he was absolutely fantastic at recommending tasty menu & drink items, as well as catering to a gluten allergy by providing alternate menu options and customizations. Would absolutely come back and request to be in his section! 😊

The Beaufort Grocery is five star in every area. The food was beyond amazing. Our server was so attentive to every detail. The atmosphere was perfect. Reservations are recommended. As a side note, I am gluten free and he menu was clearly marked, the waitress knowledgeable and one of the managers has celiac. Highly recommended. Pictures below is my Gf pork chop meal and my husbands non GF steak. .

HOLY COW - Hands down some of the best Mexican food/drinks/service I’ve had in NC! Roosevelt was our bartender/server. Thank you. Hubby is Gluten-free so great options. We had the Steak tacos, fajitas, and that huge top shelf (1800) fresh made skinny Margarita w/ fresh lime was only $12!!!

Thanks to getting a last minute babysitter, we rode into Beaufort and looked for a nice dinner. The gluten free options on the menu drew us in and we walked in and were seated at the bar. Bar seating was tight but cozy and the bartender was super friendly and especially helpful with the menu. We ordered two tapas and two small plates for the two of us. The duck wings drumettes were fantastic and the shrimp and grits were some of the best I've had. Our 'small plates' were the local catch (grouper) and the GF crab cake. Both were on on point, but the grouper was just out of this world! Topped it all off with the dessert sampler and it made for a great night out with my sweetie. We will return!

Food is fresh, creative, and delicious! The staff are friendly and the views from the porch were so beautiful--great atmosphere. Had the burrata with heirloom tomatoes, pan seared flounder with mango salad in a red curry sauce. Since I'm gluten free I had the cheesecake brownie which was so delicious. Wish I could've had their signature sticky toffee pudding which my husband loved. Items on menu aren't marked gf but the chef is able to modify to meet your needs. Dana our server was very knowledgeable about gluten and the menu options.

I am gluten free... their menus are clearly marked and the food is always great. I had the bacon cheeseburger salad. It was so good the burger was phenomenal. I only ate half there and ate the rest the next day. Salad was fresh and crispy thoroughly enjoyed it that night and the next day I have always loved Clawson's since the 1980's. It is nice to see that I can still eat out and stay healthy This was a birthday Celebration for my Brother-i- law. He chose the place, I have never worried about gluten until I found out in March, why I was getting sick. This was the first time I have been to Clawson's since I discovered the reason I was getting sick.
