Rose greeted us when we arrived and had excellent customer service. She was running the register and all of the cooking herself and it was clear that she took pride in making/baking a great product. The gluten-free crust garlic chicken pizza is truly the best pizza I have ever eaten!

You need to eat here! We were passing through town and made a quick stop at Rio and left beyond satisfied with our meal. My husband and I both have problems with gluten so to hear from our waiter that they do not use any wheat in their cooking (only wheat is their flour tortillas) we were stoked. Both our dishes were absolutely incredibly delicious (Enchilada Enmoladas and the Enchiladas De Tinga de Polloš¤š¼) and we left with our bellies full. Super tasty and super quick service! Donāt go anywhere else, we will be back if we roll through town again.

The food was like a homemade mexican meal I had like a child growing up in California. It also included homemade flour and corn tortillas. The traditional chili relleno was perfectly cooked with a batter fried fresh chili. The meal was lightly spiced, not so over powering that you could not taste any of the other good flavors. The restaurant decor is very minimal, however do not let that stop you from dining there. I guarantee you will be quite pleased. Also one other note they accommodated my husband's food allergy being celiac. Although no designated fryer for chips so not gluten free, but no problem many other options and the portions are huge.

Celiac friendly!! I was so happy to find a place in Madras that was friendly to celiac disease. The owner Joe understood the importance of ensuring no cross contamination. My only complaint would be there were not many options. But at least we had a place we could eat out as a family.
