We ordered take-out, and unfortunately, the chicken was overcooked to the point of being inedible – too chewy; we couldn't eat it. While the sides were tasty, the gluten-free strawberry shortcake was dry and didn’t seem fresh. I still ate the cake because I was excited to have a gluten free dessert.
Enjoy a lively spot with a solid menu, helpful staff, and a casual vibe, though it can get a bit warm inside.

Had a fantastic experience at Cava this evening! I must eat strictly gluten free as I have celiac disease. When I mentioned this prior to ordering, Luke immediately went to the hand sink and thoroughly washed his hands and forearms to prevent cross contact of gluten while he prepared my meal. This impressed me beyond measure, as this is an important precaution many restaurant staff don’t take. I enjoyed chatting with Luke as he prepared my bowl for me — which was delicious!Thank you, Luke! I’ll be back!
I loved this place! It was our first visit. They accommodated a large party on a Saturday with ease. The service was super friendly and helpful, with 5 kids that made my night. I also thought the food was super tasty with great gluten free options. The last bonus was the ice cream machine at the end of dinner. We will be back.
Wife decided to slack in the cooking department this evening and suggested pizza. We tried this place out and easily placed an order online. Upon arrival we were greeted by the staff and soon after had our food accurately prepared to take home. My Wife says this is the best gluten free pizza she has ever had, my Bronx pie reminded me of the local pizza shops where i grew up in new england and the kids destroyed the cheese pizza. We will be back soon to dine in. Thanks for the great food
