I was excited to read that this place offered gluten free treats but after walking in and seeing the gluten free items directly beside the regular I did not feel safe to purchase and eat anything there. Cross contamination is highly likely. Eating gluten free is not a choice for many of us. Our bodies react adversely to gluten and makes us ill.
To whomever the owner is: please consider placing the gluten free items in a separate area along with separate tongs and teach your employees about cross contamination and the need to change gloves for the safety and health of those who have to avoid it for health sake.
Charming spot with a cozy French vibe, offering a delightful variety of crêpes and a perfect atmosphere for brunch or coffee hangouts.

Had an issue today concerning the downtown location via door dash after eating here MANY times. The management at the West location and owner did a fantastic job problem solving and making us feel valid to want to come back again.
Highly recommend for gluten free people's(I have celiac), and to support a locally owned and ran business.
Thank you all.

I loved this cozy place to eat and enjoy time with those in life. The decor provides a relaxing environment to eat delicious crepes loaded with sweet or savory fillings; and yes, even both can be enjoyed side by side. They offer so much more, sandwiches, potatoes, salad. My omelette was large and so tasty: filled with fresh veggies. I just wanted more of those delicious potatoes. I can’t forget the gluten free crepe batter.

Well this is certainly a place that lives up to expectations. A truly inviting, unique, and warm experience. First, Geraldine and chef Phillipe cater to your dietary needs. Gluten free, keto, vegetarian, they can make the entire 7 courses work! Chef Phillipe comes to your table to take your order and explains each plate-- you never see that anywhere else! This is a full dining experience so do not come here in a rush; it will probably take a minimum of 2 hours to get through the seven courses. Dress up, be fancy, bring a bottle of wine, and enjoy yourself.
Price is absolutely reasonable and you will completely get your money's worth. We were stuffed at the end but still had room for desert! Also, It's cash or check ONLY so don't forget!

Incredible! Reminded so much of dining in NYC. Everything was delicious but we especially enjoyed the pumpkin bisque, steak and toasted almond coconut ice cream. Very accommodating to gluten free needs. The fryer is shared, but I was able to have multiple options for each course and all but one option of the main! We love the changing menu and can’t wait to come back and see what else the chef comes up with!
A vibrant spot with a diverse menu and a lively atmosphere, known for unique weekly burgers and a fun crowd of regulars.

Well, we waited 1.5 hours to get our food. When it finally came after calling the manager over, after asking our server 30 minutes prior, the food was adequate. They did discount our bill but no, i would not recommend.
I wish to add a response to the owner: We waited 1.5 hours, when the manager (not sure if it was you) finally came over to our table, they said the order went in 25 minutes ago (that was after waiting an hour and finally calling the manager to the table). So obviously someone forgot to put the ticket into the kitchen in a timely manner. I stand by our 1.5 hour wait time from the time we sat down to the time they brought our entrees out. I failed to mention that my wife's order which was a gluten and dairy allergy accommodation came out fried instead of grilled and a dairy sauce which she specifically said to keep off the order....we had to send it back. When you make a mistake, own up to it and don't try to discredit the customer please when they write an honest review.
Northshore Brasserie is a Knoxville restaurant with a big-city feel. I love everything I've eaten there, and it's easily one of my favorite restaurants. They have great gluten free options! And their oysters are the best in town.

Amazing dining experience! It’s clear that the owner and staff care about this restaurant and it was a joy to dine here. Their small plates are great to share and the menu has something for everyone. I loved their bread and butter, olives, mussels and octopus. The French 75s were delicious as well. Great for vegetarians, pescatarians, and gluten free diets. Perfect spot for a date night, meeting with friends and group dinners

My dining companion and I had a lovely dinner at Paulette's before going to the Orpheum. The service was really top notch and our view from our table looking out at the river at sunset was lovely. For food – the shrimp and pasta dish. (She asked for extra shrimp - no fish) then I had the pork tenderloin. In order to make sure I did not get gluten, I did not have any sauce with my pork tenderloin. I'm sure it would've been top-notch that I've been able to eat it. Well, it was quite good and the tenderloin tasty, it was disappointing, not to be able to have any sauce. It was also disappointing that they had no dessert that a celiac could have., but my dining companion got my old favorite(back when I was eating wheat flour) the strawberry crêpe, and I think she fell in love. All in all, highly recommended. I want to go back for brunch soon.
