Title: A Gluten-Free Haven with Room for Improvement
Rating: 3/5 stars
As someone with celiac disease, it's a rare treat to dine at a completely gluten-free restaurant like Papa Chops. I was thrilled to finally eat out with my family, especially on Mother's Day weekend. The food selection was great, and I ordered a variety of dishes, including fish and chips, burgers, and a pork sandwich.
The food itself was good, but the service fell short of expectations. When I went inside to ask for lemon and tartar sauce with my fish and chips, the cashier was surprisingly rude and snippy. She even checked my receipt to see if I had paid for the food, which made me feel uncomfortable, especially in front of my kids. There was also a miscommunication about ranch dressing, which added to the frustration.
Despite the good food, the service issues left a sour taste. With a bit more attention to customer service, Papa Chops could truly shine as a gluten-free destination. For now, I'd recommend it for the food, but with the caveat to be prepared for potential service inconsistencies.
Price: $80 (before tip)
Would I go back? Maybe. I'd like to give them another chance to show me better service.
Discover top-notch customer service with an addition of unique, tempting relish that keeps patrons coming back.

Great good and even better service. My wife has celiac and they went above and beyond to clean the area and avoid contamination at all costs. She said her sandwich was delicious and no allergic reaction after so their attention to detail paid off! Thank you to the staff and we will be getting another round of subs tonight!

Generally go here due to multiple individuals in my family that are gluten and dairy free. Every pizza I've had has the crust overdone, and the center is not done. The toppings are also limited and a disappointment. The last time I was here the crust actually damaged a tooth.

They have lots of options for everyone including vegetarian and gluten free options. The food is good for a "fast food" type place, nothing incredible but always tasty.
Very tasty! Chipotle may be my new favorite quick bite restaurant. They have vegetarian Soffritas ( which is seasoned tofu ) and are conscious of Gluten Free Diets. Thoroughly enjoy the delicious food. Plus! The chips are amazing! 😀
A top-notch spot for a quick bite, known for its tasty options and stellar service, perfect for regular visits!

I end up here at least once a week b/c its the only “fast-food” option with lots of gluten free choices. My food is always yummy and made exactly how I like. All the staff provide stellar customer service. The GM and other managers/supervisors do a wonderful job directing their teams. This location is the best of the best! Shout out to Johnny and Sierra but all the staff are great (wishing I was better @ looking for name tags).
Edit: this is 100% the worst burger I’ve ever had in my life. The bun is so stale it tastes like sand, the burger meat is dry and crispy, the cheese isn’t melted and the onions are mushy and soggy. Super gross 🤢
Not only is this specific Culver’s always lined up around the building, they’ve gotten my order wrong the last four times I’ve been there. Which I genuinely don’t mind—I’ve worked in restaurants things happen—but they’re actual FOOD is so nasty. It’s *always* extremely stale, just at this location unfortunately. Every single time I’ve been there. I need a GF bun, they’ve given me regular bun twice which is extremely dangerous. The fries I got today were stale, soggy and cold and the burger looks so, so gross. Like it was cooked at 10 AM and it’s now being served at 10 PM. The cheese is on the bottom of the box so it just melted to the paper so it all peeled off and this gluten free bun, as always with this location, is beyond stale. I took it out of the bag and it started to crumble. I’ve been very understanding because everyone is so short staffed and we all know how horrible it is to work in fast food…but I think the kitchen staff needs to start paying attention.
Just take the time to go to the other Culver’s and skip this location.
Enjoy a vibrant atmosphere with a clean setting and a staff that shows genuine teamwork and care, making the experience truly memorable.

+ Easy to eat gluten free here with a chicken power bowl!
The parking lot was clean and the building is very well kept. The employees were not only on point and kind, but they had a friendly cohesiveness you don't see or hear many places anymore.
A couple ladies came in from a similar chain down the road asking questions about the "shredded beef/grilled cheese" dipped taco and you could tell by the sound that everyone was happy, friendly, professional, and cared about their work.
The man that prepared our food changed his gloves so many times I lost count.
The food was fresher than I get around home. Excellent meat portions in their power bowls.
I don't eat gluten normally. But, when I got some tacos for my son and grandchild. I said to myself, I have to have a red meat burrito. I haven't had one in over 10 years. And it was amazing. I let my son take a bite and he was shocked that he never knew this existed and now will be going there to order it for himself. The crew there worked speedily and we're friendly. I have been a fan of this place since the 70s when I was a child.
Expect a bustling atmosphere with quick service and a fantastic variety to choose from, making it a solid spot for casual dining.

It's Chipotle. Great food and great selection. The thing I wanted to actually say in a review that I was so impressed with was the fact that they accommodated my wife's Celiac dietary restrictions. As many people with this condition well know, it is sometimes difficult to find restaurants that can accommodate this specific condition. But they delivered. Metaphorically speaking.
It was busy but not too busy, but service was quick. Pricing is standard for Chipotle, so I can't say much there, but it's always been worth the price. This particular location had great service and clean facilities.
