I had ordered the Club Sub, but had it put into a bowl because of Celiac Disease. I did not realize that by not getting bread, there was an UP CHARGE!! The price on the menu is $9 and some change. I got charged over $11. I got nothing additional, just lettuce, turkey, ham, cheese & bacon that comes on it. First & last time I will be going there.
A must-visit spot with quick service and delicious offerings; don’t miss the decadent concrete mixer for a sweet treat!

The staff was very helpful, friendly, and patient. They were very accommodating to my sister’s gluten allergy which was very appreciated! The food came out quickly and was amazing! You can’t go wrong stopping here! And don’t forget to grab a concrete mixer for desert!

I have celiac disease and have to avoid gluten. They offered a lettuce wrap burger to me after I informed the cashier of my allergy, and it was delicious. However, I also told them no onions on my burger, which the cashier did mark, but the cook put onions anyway, so I have to wonder if they're paying attention to the notes on the order.
Quick fixes and a genuinely attentive crew make for a stress-free dining experience, even when mistakes happen.

i ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun for dine in, and was given fried chicken (rest of my order was correct, just the chicken was wrong). when i went up to the counter to ask for what i ordered, i was helped very kindly and quickly, and while i stood waiting for the correct chicken i had multiple other employees stop and ask very kindly if there was anything i needed help with. mistakes happen and they fixed theirs very quickly and professionally :)
I requested gluten free bread for my order, which was delicious, by the way. They were very careful when they made my sandwich. I have Celiac disease so it is extremely important that there is no cross contamination. I haven't had any issues with that at Erbert & Gerbert's!
This place is great. I called and ordered 2 gluten free pizzas. The taste was amazing. Delivery was fast, the driver was friendly. Definitely recommend!
I was in town for another Mayo visit. It was raining and humid and of course, the overall premise of the visit wasn’t the best. My husband and I walked across the street to Yum! I was hesitant because I have celiac disease and eating out is typically a scary challenge but the staff were fabulous and knowledgeable about their products. That alone is usually my reason for commenting but I must say that the food is amazing! It is full flavor and true to the name, Yum! Thank you for caring.
