sadly, this location is VERY understaffed! I hope that might be why our burgers were both made wrong (asked for no mayo, got mayo; asked for no cheese on the other burger, got cheese). We have had decent burgers from this location in the past, and I am happy to report they do have a gluten free burger bun, which is fairly tasty and holds together well. Atmosphere is DEAD, very much so. It is hardly busy at peak dinner hours, which is sad really.

I love five guys! I am gluten-free and nut freebdue to allergy! I came here and asked for me food to be prepared without certain allergens and they were very accomdating! I loved the taste of my burger and fries! The food was hot and came promptly, and my milkshake was nice and frosty! Omg. So incredibly tasty!! Super friendly staff and great location on Hillsborough Street! I had never had this kind of delicacy and they had a gluten-free option! I was so happy and even got a free one for signing up to their email list. Highly recommend checking it out! They have nice bathrooms and good seating as well 😉

I Came from a different chic-fil-a where they had messed up my order (I’m severely allergic to gluten and asked for grilled nuggets, but received the regular breaded ones). I showed up at this location 10 mins before closing. I thought I’d have to pay for a whole new meal, but they were so nice they remade my meal correctly and free of charge.

Surprisingly reasonably priced, excellent quality food that was both kid-friendly and adult-friendly. It's simple fare- soups, wraps, and sandwiches, mostly, but all very good. There were also plenty of vegetarian options and while I didn't check, I presume also some gluten-free. The coffee bar was solid, and there were even some local brews. All in all, I was super impressed and so were the kids.

I have celiac disease which means I’m severely allergic to gluten and any cross contamination with gluten will cause a bad reaction for me. This specific jersey mikes is the best at accommodating for me. When I ask for gluten free bread they always ask if it’s preference or allergy. When I let them know I have an allergy they immediately clean everything off, change gloves, and use a separate knife. At this point I visit so frequently that some workers remember my exact order when I walk through the door and always clean everything off for me. I feel so safe eating here and I’ve never felt sick after. Today the lady working made me feel so safe as she cleaned everything off and let me know she didn’t wan’t me to feel sick!

Great drive through breakfast! Burritos are huge and we'll reviewed by my family. Hey is Rancheros is a delicious gluten free option and the staff were gracious about making sure there was no cross contamination.

Due to Celiac Disease I can only eat burgers without the bun. The Chargrill beef is good enough to eat without the bread unlike most other restaurants.

By far one of my favorite sub shops, such fast delivery and service, you are usually eating within 2 minutes of making your order, sometimes I haven't even finished filling my drink and my sub is ready. A frequent stop for us because the Unwich is perfect for my gluten sensitive wife. I really want one to open closer to my home.

Chick fil a is the best! Except this one…they consistently get our order wrong and we have to circle back through the line to get what we are missing. They are often out of the gluten free buns, and yesterday I did a mobile order and waited 22 min after arrival to get my food. There wasn’t a single person in line inside. While I waited I watched 2 angry customers return for food they were missing in their drive through orders. Not sure what’s going on at this location but it is definitely not the typical chick fil a
