They forgot my bun. I went over there for a gluten free bun because I cannot eat gluten when I got home to eat my food THERE WAS NO BUN JUST GRILLED CHICKEN!!! š didnāt even get what I came for.
Recently found out that I can't have Gluten and I've been skipping out on Burger places cause it's usually a hassle, but was really wanting some 5 guys cause it's been about a year since I had them,
I asked if they could make a burger without bread and they gave me way more options than I expected and went above and beyond for me even thought I was trying to not be picky.
I got my double cheese burger wrapped in lettuce with all the fixings and I felt absolutely spoiled. It was delicious and I didn't even miss the bread.
The fries are so delicious, I love the spicy seasoning they use on them.
With top-notch cleanliness and a kids' free scoop perk, this spot offers a welcoming vibe for families and fast food fans alike.

Great burgers, fries, and frozen custard. Being celiac I hardly ever eat fast food but I tried a burger and fries at this location today for the first time. I'm happy to report no noticeable gluten cross contamination as they have a dedicated French fryer, prepackaged gluten-free bun that actually held together, and an excellent burger with plenty of toppings. My son had the daily special peach custard and reported it as some of the best he's ever had. The staff was courteous and patient with all of my questions about their food handling procedures. The food arrived very quickly and the restaurant was as clean as I've ever seen a fast food restaurant.
This is one of my favorite restaurants within 30 miles of where I live at, the staff is always super friendly, I have yet to meet one person that I have an issue with at almost any Chick-fil-A that I've ever been to. If you have a gluten allergy like I do, then you'll have to get the number 5 on the menu and asked for a gluten-free bun which is a dollar 15 more however, if your allergies are severe or moderate it's well worth paying a little extra to not have the reactions.
The one closest to Walmart in Stanleyville, does not ask if you want the cut to change gloves the one on Knollwood Street actually does but you can ask the staff to get the cook to change gloves if it's severe. every restaurant that I've been to within 30 miles of where I live locally in King North Carolina, is always clean the bathrooms are always clean and it's almost always the same experience when you go into any of them which is very unique for a fast food restaurant.
The only drawback that I have the Chick-fil-A, is that when I have to pay for the gluten free bun, the one on Knollwood Street will actually take off the multigrain bun which is only like 15 to $0. 30 however the other ones do not take off that charge but I'm not sure why. This is also a fast food chain that I completely respect the owners religious wishes and closing on Sundays. I wish more businesses were like this.
This location is close to Hanes Mall and directly across from Sam's club Hanes Mill road. The food is always as good as it is in every Chick-fil-A, the bathrooms are always clean, the dining area is most of the time clean as you can expect there are some crimes and food left over from other daughters that they didn't have time they may not get it. One of the biggest differences at this location vs. the rest is that they ask you if you want to have the staff in the kitchen change gloves if you have a gluten allergy this is the only location in Winston-Salem or even tour kernersville to ask this.
