I gravitate here because of the gluten free options. Most places use a shared frier and the fries are off limits. It tends to be busy at times bit it's worth the wait. I also appreciate it being closed on Sunday. More places should give their employees a day if rest to spend with their family.

I absolutely love this place! As a gluten-free gal, it's hard to find places to eat, and chic-fil-A makes it pretty easy! I don't have to worry about cross contamination and I can eat the fries! Fast food is something I avoid, but this will always be a treat I fully enjoy!

The meat is kept separate from the bread so the risk of cross contamination is low. As long as you don't get a bun you can eat here if you have celiac disease or have another need for gluten free.

My partner and I stopped by this location on the tail end of a road trip, hoping for a quick meal and a clean restroom. Unfortunately, both aspects of our experience left a lot to be desired. We stood in line for about 25 minutes, watching as the staff prioritized Uber Eats and DoorDash orders while those of us dining in were left waiting. Given the online claims of gluten-free and clean ingredient options, we were willing to endure the wait. But when it was finally our turn, things quickly went downhill. I asked the employee behind the counter about the corn tortillas, hoping to avoid wheat due to dietary restrictions. I asked, “Are any of your tortillas just corn?” The employee responded, “They aren’t gluten-free, if that’s what you’re asking.” This answer was both vague and unhelpful, especially since I had read conflicting information online. I asked for further clarification: “Is there anything that’s just corn?” The employee simply pointed at the corn topping and said, “That’s all we have that’s just corn.” At this point, feeling frustrated and unsure about the safety of my order, I moved to the cash register to pay for my partner’s meal while I figured out an alternative. But as I was at the register, two other employees overheard the conversation. One of them approached me with the allergy sheet and clarified that there were in fact hard shell corn tortillas (wheat-free) and proceeded to assist me in ensuring my meal would be safely prepared. I was grateful for their attention to detail, but I couldn’t help but feel upset by the initial interaction. The first employee’s dismissive attitude and lack of helpfulness were disappointing, and it made me feel like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. To make matters worse, the restroom was not in the cleanest condition, further adding to our negative experience. Ultimately, while one employee saved the day, the overall lack of customer service and attention to detail made this a visit I won't be repeating.
