I got the classic station2 burger!! Gluten free bun!! It was really good. The bun was sooo soft and delicious. The burger was thick so it could’ve used a lot more seasoning. The chili was okay, there were too many beans in my opinion and I wish they gave me more cheese to add in it but it was still pretty good. yummy! I wish they had a dedicated gluten free fryer because I would’ve been able to get fries here instead of somewhere else.
Well where do I start…. First we innocently drove up to the drive through. My friend is secretly allergic to gluten and so of course we asked for a grilled sandwich with a gluten free bun and NO tomato. When we pulled up to the window and got our food we just had a feeling. We looked in the bag and there was no gluten free bun and there was a regular grilled sandwich with tomatoes on it… 😐. Anyway we told the guy and he gave us the bag we looked and after we had already explained not to give us just a bun he had given us JUST A BUN. So at that point I had already driven away. So I had to go park and walk out in the rain into the store and ask for the grilled sandwich with nothing on it but lettuce. After waiting forever for that we left and finally drove away and parked to eat. I went to grab my regular fried chicken sandwich and to my surprise I pulled out…. nuggets……. I then had to eat the grilled sandwich and not to mention they also did not give any of the sauce that we asked for. We went to grab our drinks and instead of a large water they gave us a medium. This is outrageous. And the topper on the cake was when my friend went to grab her fries and they were so overfilled and the box was folded weird that they spilled all over the entire car. This was the worst chick fil a experience that I have ever had I do not recommend that you ever go to this location ever.
A quick-service sandwich spot known for its limited but unique offerings, perfect for those seeking fast bites in a casual chain atmosphere.

Food rating is for my wife's gluten-free sub, as this is one of the few places to offer that option. Staff was friendly and sandwich was put together quickly; checkout was quick. It's a chain sandwich shop, so can't really call the mediocre atmosphere score a miss. Sandwich price is a little high, but again, one of the few options available for GF.
A beloved spot for its unique, urban street food experience that has locals and out-of-town visitors buzzing.

I have had celiac for 20 years and have eaten a lot of gross gluten free food. The Smokey chicken sandwich brought tears to my eyes. Even our non- celiac family members raved about it.
This chick fil a has the best customer service of any fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Consistently clean, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. They are so helpful if you have food sensitivities and the food and sauces are great. They have gluten free options, namely a grilled chicken sandwich with a gf bun (1.30 extra) and waffle fries, which is my go to order.
Love this location ❤️

EXPENSIVE. They nickel and dime you...but I still wanted to try bc I'm gluten free and they are the only fast food place in Richmond area that has a greasy, fatty, almost no meat fast food burger on gluten free bread lol. I went for the experience. There are no combos and the food is not packed to go in a form that will be hot when you get home, not 5 min away or to chester. Milkshake was good, huge serving. Chicken bites are extremely over priced. 4 nuggets is $5, a fry (small is only size) with cheese was $7, my shake was $7. My burger was $11, my husband's regular, smaller burger was $7. Cool whip for shale and Pickles on his burger and sauce on side of fries and gluten free bun (this is normal) was all extra. If you like wilted lettuce instead of bread on your hot cheeseburger, also extra.
I did really like how they packed allergies items separately and labeled and it was pointed out. I'd eat here again but I can't afford to do it often.
I am a Cealic and I eat their chicken and yucca all the times with no issues they also have corn tortilla which I believe are gluten free. Only 4 stars because its hard to communicate with some of the workers since they don't speak English well. I know very little spanish. se muy poco
Not only are they quick and make my orders perfectly, but I told them my bf is allergic to gluten, and they did a glove change! Great service. Love this place.
Consistently outstanding vibe and great atmosphere make this a favorite go-to spot for many, with standout options for specific dietary needs.

NEVER had less than an outstanding experience at any location. My favorite go to place with a gluten free bun available for me - and it's a great one, not dry or hard like some. Now if they could just offer a lactose free milkshake, I would work there for FREE!!!

Just wanted to shout out Brian. He was the young man that took our order in the drive-thru and he was amazing! Very kind, patient, and knowledgeable of the menu when my brother asked for gluten free options. It’s obvious that he’s very hardworking and a strong asset to the team here. A great and funny personality is going to take him far in life!
