Burgerville is a half star above fast food. The indoor atmosphere is dated and typical, hard, uncomfortable fast food plastics. The food is sourced regionally as much as possible.
That said, the texture and quality of thier burger meat took a noticable dip for most of the last fifteen years. More recently, they have been working to bring standards back up in food quality. Prices have increased markedly...as they have everywhere.
That said, I and my spouse had the #6 burger, to go, with Carlton farms meat patty and melty white cheddar...all with the option of a Franz gluten free bun. I am celiac, so that is what we ordered.
I remember the fresh, cheesy, salty, perfect fat ratio burger mouthfee of old drive-ins when I was younger. The #6, with the Franz gluten free bun, was that fond memory revisited.
Our two quarter pounders and two regular fries came to about thirty...but four of that was the gluten free bun I am so thankful I have the option of.
I do wish they offered GF onion rings or kept sweet potato fries on the menu year round. Thier basic fries are ok...just need to be left in the oil another thirty seconds, I think.
The burgerville spread is heavy on the mustardy, vinegar notes. I mix some avacado mayo and bbq sauce with it and it's much improved for tater dipping.
For the quality, the knowledge I am supporting local ranchers and local farmers and the experience of employees who have never made me sick, Burgerville is the only burger stop for me in Clark County. I hope the Carlton farms patty is permenant. It's well worth paying a few notes more.
Expect delicious options and quick service that keeps you coming back for more, even if the wait gets a bit long.

The manager was very rude and unwilling to take into consideration gluten allergy. Did not change gloves and set pizza on top of table that had gluten products after explicitly asking not to due to celiacs. Do not come here if you have gluten allergy.
Enjoy a welcoming vibe with cheerful staff who truly care about accommodating health needs, making it a great spot for all!

I used to love these burgers. I was recently diagnosed Celiac and it was so great to be able to actually eat somewhere because they are sure to make precoutions to keep me safe. As it it, the burgers are super expensive, but then adding a GF bun, it's an extra $2. Well, I was there last week and my burger was great. Today I ordered, drove home 3 minutes away like I usually do and not only was my burger cold by the time I got home but my $11 burger patty was SMALLER than my kids burgers!!!! It was 2.5 inches across. Like teeeeny. I ate it in 3 bites. I went back. Stood in front of about 5 employees and nobody asked if I needed help, they were just taking. Finally someone acknowledged me and I asked to speak with a manager. He didn't say if he was the manager or not and he wasn't very friendly either. He informed me that they are now making the pattys 1/4 lb and that's just how it is now, he did ask if I wanted them to re make it, but I didn't want spit in my food so I left and ate my ice cold $11 burger with not even melted cheese. I'm very disappointed. The price should go down if they are giving you smaller portions. Or at least inform people of the change. My 6 year olds burger was bigger than mine.... that's just pathetic.
Unique coconut milkshakes and tasty dishes make this spot a must-visit, perfect for families craving sweet treats together.

I had a halibut lettuce wrap yesterday for supper and it was delicious I could have had the gluten-free bun but I didn't want the extra calories. You're tartar sauce has a nice amount of dill pickle in it. I was disappointed in the pride dill pickle maybe it's just because the tartar sauce was so good.
Gourmet burgers with a fun vibe and loud music create a lively experience, perfect for quick bites and casual hangouts.

This is our Go-to burger place. You can't go wrong, all the burgers are great. They have a great gluten-free bun (probably the best around) which I appreciate. I love the music as part of their Vibe, but some might say it's a pinch loud. But, is Guns and Roses really ever too loud?
A local gem with a unique drive-through offering amazing asparagus fries and a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

Clean, well run and organized when we popped in for burgers. I have to avoid gluten and am always having a hard time finding stuff I can eat that isn’t a bummer for my family or gross for me and fine for everyone else.
I really appreciated Five Guys solution for us GF folks. Instead of a bun or wrap, you can order your burger or hot dog as a bowl. Since the toppings are free and numerous, this is great for food allergies in general and you can get creative so it’s not boring. It comes in a decent little tray that was easy to eat out of on the go. The meat quality of the burger was good. Our order was just as fast as going through a drive thru too.
I took off one star as they’re pretty committed to using peanut oil in their fryer so I didn’t get to enjoy the gluten free fries everyone was raving about.

I had the gluten-free pesto pasta which was a little burnt but overall really good. I wish I had more than one gluten-free option for pasta. Customer service was amazing, definitely coming back

Went yesterday ordered a grilled sandwich unassembled with a gluten free bun, got home to have it assembled with a regular bun but the sticker on the box had the correct order so they just didn’t care. I called and told them what happened, Alyssa called me today to tell me she sent me a free sandwich code to replace mine. When I received the code it’s only for the breaded sandwich that I can’t eat!!!
Enjoy a lively atmosphere with unique menu options and a dedicated fryer for crispy sides that keep everyone happy!

I have become progressively frustrated with Killer Burger when I order more than 2 burgers. They never label the burgers, so when my office of 16 people all order for lunch, we have to go rooting around in everyone's food to determine whos is whos, and we have gotten it wrong.
This last time was the tipping point for me. We have one person who is gluten free and needs a GF bun. That person and another person ordered the exact same burger. One with a GF bun, the other with a regular bun. The GF bun was not labeled. They had to rip a piece of the bun off and taste it to tell the difference.
The names of burgers (or even better, a person) should be written on the to go boxes. We used to order from here quite often, but because of this, we rarely do now. They used to label the burgers, but for whatever reason, now they do not.
We've also had issues with someone ordering the burger where the main ingredient was BBQ sauce, and the sauce was not put on the burger. I called and they did apologized and offer to fix it, which I appreciate, but none of us are driving back out to get the corrected burger. It should have been right the first time. Things like this, forgotten ingredients, seems to happen almost every time we order lately.. Which isn't very often anymore.

Service was excellent and the food was delicious. Order the Original and was able to sub out the dairy products for additional avocado. Then added some gluten free crunchy noodles and enjoyed a delightful bowl.
Surprisingly great bowls here, turning a classic experience into something new and exciting for those looking for fresh options.

One of the absolutely best experiences we have had at Subway. I now have a gluten intolerance and asked for my options. Our server suggested a bowl. WOW! It was excellent. From now on it will be an bowl for me, yay, back to Subway.
I've noticed that they are becoming more unprofessional about how they are handling problems a few times in a row of going there.Like making mistakes with orders by not listening, reading back, not even a total. And when we returned to get our shake order fixed they just say here you go, we are giving you a free shake. Not even asking us what kind we would like. And on top of that screwing up that same shake order we went back for, again..twice!. We never got what we ordered, but 2 shakes of what we did not want, 1 free. We just frustratingly left. Giving someone a free shake which was another mistake they made from somebodys elses order that they did not want to waste. The other time..the lady said "we will see what we can do, we are a bit busy" when I asked for my gluten free but to be toasted twice and explained to her they get soggy easily and it's gross. Really? You are paying for their food and they suggest tip jars. But yet they are NOT preparing it how you would like it and making it their choice how you will get it. Prices are raising as so is Bad Service with Bad Attitude. $15hr, asking for tips and behaving like that in the drive thru. Wow!
Affordable and unique, this local spot specializes in delicious chicken and is perfect for late-night cravings, even during busy hours.

Neither my partner nor I had ever tried raising canes before they came to Vancouver, and now we’re hooked. I feel like eating at Raising Canes is affordable and a step up from other fast food places. I think Vancouver definitely needed a place that specializes in good chicken. I have a severe allergy to gluten and dairy, so I ask for naked bird (no breading and in new oil), fries (also separate fryer) and coleslaw. You can sub any side for another, so I do extra fries instead of toast. If you ask they will even do glove changes and ensure to be extra careful. I’ve never had a bad reaction. I live so close to raising canes, and it’s nice to have an allergy friendly place open late. Anytime the order is wrong it’s during a super busy rush, and the manager ensures they make it right immediately through throwing in some extra stuff and many kind apologies. My second most favorite and safest place to eat in Vancouver. 😊
Expect a unique twist on traditional flavors with refreshing dishes, and be ready to explore more items beyond the usual offerings.

I had the tom yum noodle soup. It's not like the usual Thai tom yum I eat...broth looked different and it tasted sweeter. I assume it was prepared a different way. I prefer the traditional tom yum. But everything seemed fresh and it tasted fine nonetheless. Would like to try their other items. Esp the waffle and crepe but I'm not currently eating gluten at the moment. Wish they were closer to the main part of Vancouver.
