In Paros we had the pleasure of dining at the Parea restaurant, a place that won us over for the excellent quality of the food, but also for the warm and welcoming atmosphere that reigns.
The restaurant has a family atmosphere, perfect for those looking for an authentic and relaxing experience. The owner is a truly special person: sweet, kind and incredibly knowledgeable about celiac disease. His expertise on the subject reassured us and allowed us to enjoy our dinner without any worries.
The menu offers a vast choice of dishes, many of which are available in a gluten free version, prepared with great attention and care. Every dish we tried was an explosion of flavours, with very fresh ingredients and typical Greek traditional preparations.

Fantastic Greek food and great service. We arrived early and sat right at the front, so had a lovely view out to sea. They had lots of gluten free options - I'm a coeliac and they were understanding of cross contamination. Their French fries are cooked in a separate fryer anyway, and many dishes were naturally GF. The food was delicious and so were the cocktails. Highly recommend to anyone, including those with dietary requirements.

Small family-run restaurant with a selected menu. Very friendly staff. Excellent food, especially the fish. What is particularly noteworthy is that gluten-free dishes are specifically marked on the menu. This actually deserves 6 stars. The restaurant is located at the end of Parikia's promenade, a little out of the way. The Bountarkai restaurant is highly recommended!!!

We had breakfast here as part of our stay at Paridian Elegant Living. The couple that work here were lovely and incredibly accommodating. Their breakfast menu had a great selection including gluten free, which is very hard to find gluten free labelled menu items in Greece. The bistro is also all outside and under covered with a wonderful garden- makes for a relaxed start to the morning!
