Went here for gluten free options, prices on most things (while higher than Walmart) are fairly comparable to Hy-vee or a few cents more. They did have fancy scanning shopping carts which are neat but it's unlikely I'd shop here if I wasn't trying a gluten free diet.

Makes me sad to have to write kind of a bad review but here I am. I drive over and hour to get my groceries at natural grocers in Lincoln. I spend alot of money there as my diet is gluten and dairy free & I’m a nutritionist. Ever since they switched the light bulbs in the store, it’s WAY too bright and sets off my migraines and I get dizzy so I have to stop shopping there. Most people with chronic illness prefer to shop at natural grocers for healing purposes but when you put strong LED lights that are blinding in your store, it is not good for those who struggle with health issues. Please consider going back to the lights you had before. For now I have to go to Whole Foods :(

They treat me so nice , when there were certain brands of food I needed for my mom who was 96 with celiacs disease, which means she can't have any red dye or anything with wheat etc. Etc. If they didn't have it there they would order it for me and not just only that stuff. I asked a couple of different times for a different creamer or a certain brand of coffee and go there the next week and it'd be there. I always get help without even having to ask and they all seem to enjoy their work that they make having to do a chore , because I hate shopping but going there they make me feel like it was worth the trip and they always help me whether I ask them or not.
