My family and I just move to Tennessee from Florida and it was hard for us to find a 100 percent dedicated gluten free bakery until we found this gem. The bakes good were amazing and my wife had a tuna salad panini she devoured in seconds lol, the atmosphere was great and customer service amazing.

Best place that I have found in all of Knoxville to find gluten free and dairy free products. So far, they have a better selection at Whole foods than most grocery stores in Knoxville.

I've passed the Three Rivers Market several times and not stopped but I just had to stop and take my grandson with me yesterday. They have little kids carts which was a huge win. We shopped up and down every aisle. It is small so it's not a full service grocery store. I guess you would say but we found everything we needed and he put in his little basket. If you are gluten free, vegan, vegetarian or try to eat wholly organic, this is the place for you. It's a hidden little Little gem, oddly placed in my opinion but, well worth the drive.
Wonderful gluten-free bread and roll selection. Clean store. Only place around that has Mr's B's butter taste frozen biscuits. Their egg prices could be lower, but overall great place to shop.
A must-visit spot for unique frozen treats, a fantastic beer selection, and amazing dried fruit and nuts at great prices.

Love coming here whenever we are able to make it down from Bristol, TN to Knoxville
I love the Bean and Cheese Burritos and Carnitas Burritos, as well as the frozen Crepes. My wife likes to get some IPA's from the beer selection. We also like to get dried fruit and nuts every trip as they have great prices and better selection. It's also a great place for us to pick up gluten free items for our daughter who has celiac.

Found Gluten free Cupcakes in 4 different flavors.
I was very happy to see they are beginning to carry gluten free products. Those of us with Celiac disease really.need it a must really. They need to be affordable and not take advantage of those of us that have to eat this way to stay well.
Food City in Jefferson City is a great place to shop at and there gluten free food for my daughter is good. My daughter brags about it all the time. The workers are amazing and nice. And they understand my daughter. I love shopping here.
