This hotel was perfect for us. It's centrally located, and we asked for a quiet room. The reception offered us a charming attic room. The bedding was great, as were the sheets and pillows.
A varied breakfast (sweet and savory). And, best of all, for me, who is gluten and lactose intolerant (an autoimmune disease), there was everything we needed in gluten-free options: bread, crackers, homemade cake, sheep's milk yogurt, and even peanut butter! A suggestion, offering corn flakes would be a plus, as there were only cereals containing gluten (except oats, which are difficult to digest when cold). I am disappointed with this experience. For a 4 star hotel, there is little adaptation. Having a gluten-free diet without cow's milk proteins, instead of an immediate adaptation without judgment, I was entitled to statistics from the breakfast manager in order to justify the absence of suitable foods. After struggling early in the morning, he was finally able to find me two gluten-free rolls to reheat. But that's all. I was also charged the same rate for breakfast as everyone else.
