Very, very, very dear boss. He did everything he could to make sure we were doing well! Also so that I can get gluten-free bread (we were there spontaneously). !!!! Thanks !!!! Good food, fine fish. The side dishes become boring after a few days there, and the dishes are soon “all eaten”. Rooms are a bit small. Located close to Dôle, ideal for visiting the pretty town. If the chairs on the balcony are renewed/more comfortable and the chairs on the terrace are wider (very narrow for chubby people), then there are 5 points!

I’m currently riding a 125cc Vespa from Brighton, U.K. to Modena, Italy. I’m avoiding motorways and going through the French countryside. So far, I’ve stopped at a Best Western, which was incredibly corporate (boring, bland, soulless) and then my second stop was Moulin des Ruats. Everything was amazing here; the location next to the water, the style of the building exterior with the water wheel, but also how nicely and creatively it’s decorated inside. Cloé was very helpful, friendly, and I even had warm gluten free bread for breakfast!

We stayed for a week with half board in this charming inn, ideally located for exploring the must-see sites. The room, although a little narrow, was very good, very comfortable bedding and perfect bathroom with towels and small products. The staff is very welcoming and smiling. The half board is very nice, succulent, original with dishes cooked with fresh produce. Special mention to the cooks who were keen to offer “special” menus to my gluten-intolerant husband. A big thank you to them and the whole team. For the first time in the Jura it was a success!

Beautiful location among the vineyards, 10 minutes from the highway. Very friendly reception. Smooth service in the restaurant. Enjoyed local specialties and of course local wine. Menu also includes vegetarian and gluten-free dishes. The bathroom in our room on the top floor was on the small side but neat and hygienic. Soap pumps available in the shower and at the sink. Curtains let light through, so bring a sleeping mask. Early in the morning there is some noise pollution from agricultural traffic and workers leaving for the vineyards. Extensive and delicious breakfast buffet. Strange: the bill had to be paid in the evening after dinner. All in all highly recommended.

We chose to celebrate my 40th birthday as a family at the gourmet restaurant at Golf du Roncemay, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The setting is idyllic, the staff lovely and the food incredible. Special mention for the desserts, which are both surprising and absolutely delicious. I had a dessert made with cauliflower and fennel and it was one of the best desserts I have ever tasted (my family tasted and approved too). Plus, I can't eat gluten-free and everyone made an effort to make sure I got the most out of my meal. THANK YOU !!!

Magnificent place, we came for lunch twice this summer, we were won over by this restaurant with this very large veranda overlooking the huge garden below.. the food is really quality.. with a “gluten-free” menu. (I'm allergic but most of the dishes here are gluten-free). Very original, magnificent old mottled decor. Homemade chocolates on sale. To be recommended of course.

Always excellent cuisine, well done and thank you to chef Patric Bertron, too bad the service is no longer up to par: - confusion by a waiter between the reservation of our table and that of another table: he served us appetizers for a guest who was gluten intolerant which was not the case. - When serving 2 dishes with sauce, the waiter no longer knew which sauce went with which dish. - the description of the dishes when they were served was often confused and imprecise, even inaccurate. - serving a few dishes by passing them in front of the guests and not by standing on the right side - indiscretion of a waiter with regard to our conversation. However, we have good memories of this evening during which exceptional dishes were served to us, despite the non-professionalism of the servers apart from the sommelier, who was discreet, gave excellent advice and was very professional.

The trout carpaccio is really excellent!! the Jacques are tender and soft, I really appreciated that the dish was adapted to my gluten and lactose intolerances and without starchy foods. We came for lunch on Saturday noon quite by chance on our way to Quarré les Tombes; and, at noon sharp, we were passing this beautiful establishment, so we stopped. Perfect lunch, perfect service and staff, perfect setting. We were in a veranda facing the garden behind the restaurant. The boss is very attentive and very sympathetic. Being allergic to gluten, no worries here of course. To recommend, next time we will book.. deserves much more than 5 stars.

Restaurant ideally located opposite the Cormatin castle. We had lunch there this afternoon, July 14, 2021, and although we only had one dish each, we enjoyed ourselves! Special mention for the staff who took my gluten allergy into account to adapt the dish and the very friendly boss. I recommend!

Very cozy, friendly hotel. The rooms are large. The breakfast is very generous. I was able to have a delicious gluten free breakfast. We were able to taste homemade jams including violet jam, a marvel. The homemade fresh and apricot jam are also excellent. They also offer bread from the local baker as well as homemade cereal bars. The staff is really very friendly.

Surrounded by a competent and attentive team, chef Eric Pras was able to adapt generally to my last minute constraints: no gluten or lactose! For excellent appetizers including unforgettable perchettes coated with puffed rice, no worries. After a balanced marbled arctic char/foie gras, a disappointing scallop/small vegetables (some of which were not crunchy), followed by a lightly smoked fillet of beef with small cauliflower and soufflé apples. Impasse on cheeses, a refreshing grapefruit dessert. A mixed impression between my late request and the adaptability of a great chef.

I already knew this very good restaurant! Unfortunately today it is more complicated for me to enjoy myself with SIBO. When booking by telephone. The question was asked to me. Do you have a special diet? So I indicated that I had to eat gluten and lactose free. The next day, when I arrived, I was told that my special diet was remembered, that the restaurant offered a vegan menu and that the chef would replace my main course with fish.
