Perfect. Close to the center, attentive to customers and adapted to my gluten-free diet
Restaurant with a breathtaking view of the valley, very pleasant welcome, excellent service and succulent dishes, it is recommended by the little smart but it is well worth it
Remember to book because even if they go out of their way to welcome you, the restaurant with terrace is quickly full
In addition, there is no shortage of gluten-free dishes, it is entirely possible to have a gluten-free menu with lots of choice, just like a vegetarian meal, the local Ventoux wine is excellent at a very reasonable price.

At the restaurant L’Auberge des Seigneurs, we had an excellent meal once again. A lamb saddle cooked over an open wood fire was a good choice. Celiac/gluten-free options available.
A top daily slate menu.
Excellent value for money.
Quality service.
Gluten intolerant, the chef adapted the menu so that I could eat the daily menu.
I recommend
My Wife,my Sister and i spent 20 days in Quinson during July this year. Me having a Gluten intolerance probem makes it difficult to find a resto which takes it serious.During our visit we often went to the "Relais Notre Dame" and were always very happy.
The food was excellent. Always fresh, well done and presented with so many flavours to cope with.
The service was impecable. They made every effort possible to accomodate for my Gluten problem. The terrasse with its well decorated tables make it very romantic. The owners are just lovely people who in the traditional French style enable their guests have a most enjoyable evening.
My French wife being quite emotional one evening said that this is how it used to be and this is how it should be. In short highly reccomendable. J .M.Tindall

Top place.
Really nice experience yesterday evening.
Never easy with us ... 3 vegans, 1 vegan and celiac!
The owner went back to Nice to get enough ingredients for our supper.
That's what I call commitment to your customers.
Food was really nice, staff (Gerald and Gilles) extremely friendly
If you want a relaxing evening with amazing food, this is a good place to be.

Fabulous location in a French castle at the top of a hill. We are staying in Victoria 11 which is the top of the top room with access to the roof with 360 views. Devine.
Dinner was beyond expectations. The gluten free bread is pictured in the photos and was served hot and perfect. The 2007 Chateauneuf de Pape wine was to commemorate 11 years of marriage. Ridiculously good and decanted. The meringue with strawberry and rhubarb surprise was so good. Stay here. Eat here. Enjoy.

we stayed with my husband for our wedding anniversary at Domaine des Andeols, the place of our union.
this place is magical, refined and the spirit of the owner (also his taste) is present everywhere on the site.
the service is attentive and the spaces have been redesigned (indoor bar, swimming pool)
the quality of the food served is good (breakfast with a variation of pastries, gluten-free bread, homemade cake) and the dinner under the plane tree is well executed (incredible view of the estate, simple and well-executed menu).
the estate produces its olive oil and wine!
a little extra
in short: I recommend a thousand percent

Highly recommended!
Three days into our trip through southern France, we found refuge from the heat and crowds of the Cote D’Azur at Hostellerie de l’Abbaye de la Celle. We were greeted by Maxine who ushered us into a bucolic courtyard where he served us the chef’s refreshing grapefruit sorbet, while we rested from our journey. Here we met the perfect combination of an extraordinary location, exceptional food, and the world’s most solicitous staff. A special thanks to the chef for making my wife a special gluten-free chocolate cake; to the fantastic concierge team of Alix and Claire; to the breakfast team of Claudia and Eric (Claudia, we will never forget your inspired suggestion to go to St. Baume de Marie-Madeleine); to Zachary for delivering us breakfast well before his shift so that we could go hiking in Cassis; and to manager Dominique for his tremendous hospitality.
Don’t miss this beautiful gem centrally located in the south of France.

It is an amazing place, which you reach with GPS, thinking that we are wrong, since it is a small secondary road between forests, which ends at this mansion. Stay booked a little last minute for 2 days of relaxation between Christmas and New Year's Day.
We were upgraded to a superior room, so we had a terrace and sea view.
Pleasant room but a rather strange smell in the corridors of the 5th floor, difficult to pin down, we finally deduced that it was a problem with the evacuation of kitchen odors,
Quite good bedding
Layout of the room a little strange with the bathtub and sink not separated from the bedroom but a closed room with a large shower and WC, so it's okay...
Hearty and varied breakfast, scrambled eggs as I like, creamy... crispy pancetta etc.
They even have gluten-free madeleines and muffins for the intolerant, it adds a little choice for them, which is cool. The jams are nice, it wasn't industrial, there really was everything.
The spa and treatment:
Access to the spa at any time is a plus that you don't see everywhere
Beautiful heated indoor pool, I took a swim, so not cold, the jacuzzi too small because it is very popular and very warm.
A small ray of sunlight in the morning passed through the opaque windows of the spa which warmed the space with the deckchairs, very pleasant, we fell asleep more than once.
The treatment was on the day of departure at 2 p.m.
Mistake, we were a little bothered because we had to vacate the room at 11 a.m., with our luggage and our clothes we didn't know how to do it anymore.
We were asked to leave everything in the luggage room but when the time comes to get out of the oily treatment, and to get dressed knowing that everything is at reception, pfff it's annoying, knowing that there were also lockers closed to the spa changing rooms, it would have been better to leave the change in the lockers rather than in the luggage room. In short, we got through it but with a bit of a headache.
The beauticians were very pleasant, smiling and put us at ease straight away.
I just found that the transition to treatment was a bit messy, you don't really know where to wait.
The locker room toilets are regularly flooded because there are no toilets downstairs at the spa, so it's the same for people who go to the locker room before treatments and those who come up wet from the pool.
It's annoying.
The WiFi does not go everywhere and is not very stable, especially at the spa.
It requires you to get a job, which isn't so bad sometimes.
The number of stars is not enough to express the excellence of my stay at Thalazur Bandol.
While staying with one of my best friends, I had the pleasure of discovering this establishment, its idyllic setting and I really don't intend to do without it.
Concerned about your well-being and comfort, the staff, whatever the function, are always attentive and show true professionalism. And despite the high season, he was very pleasant and available.
I also recommend the establishment's restaurant: Les Oliviers, and its sublime view from the terrace. The dishes are refined, bold and delicious. A real treat not only for the eyes but also the taste buds.
Being a gluten-free vegan, I was also very touched and moved by the attention of Chef Jérémy Czaplicki and his brigade. I miss the words but the heart is there... Another very big thank you.
Thanks also to the waiters for their kindness and suggestions, to the Sommelier for the quality of his advice and products and to all the staff.
Without forgetting Anne, for her delicate attention (the view was indeed sublime), Caroline for her help and kindness, Hamdi and Yann but also Christophe and Kevin as well as Louane. And a special thank you to Grégory.
A real favorite, I plan to go there very regularly and I will never stop recommending it.
Exceptional vibes with tasteful decor, pristine cleanliness, and a peaceful setting make this spot a true standout for any getaway.

The setting is peaceful and beautiful.

Excellent address from all points of view: pleasant setting, warm welcome, menu at €35 with very good value for money, very well presented and very tasty dishes.
We particularly appreciated the responsiveness and the concern to cope with somewhat "variable" requests from us in the context of a birthday meal where the number of guests increased from 10 to 16 and a request for a service for some gluten-free and lactose-free.
I will warmly and unreservedly recommend this restaurant to those looking for a place that is “beautiful and good” at the same time!

Very beautiful and good restaurant with a pleasant setting, we ate by the water. A large choice of dishes for vegetarians and people with gluten intolerance. We chose the vegetarian formula with starter + main course for 22 euros and it was a treat! It's not often that you find veggie dishes with such good value for money. Our stay at Chateau Eza was truly memorable - beyond our expectations. Our room was exquisite in every way. The décor, the ample space, and the amenities were beyond reproach. Be sure to get a room with a terrace and experience breakfast looking out on the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. The staff could not have been more attentive, professional, and friendly. The restaurant was exquisite in its décor and fabulous views. Breakfast was wonderful, offering a continental breakfast and/or individually ordered and prepared dishes. The tasting dinner menu was fun and varied, and close attention was paid to my wife’s Celiac requiring no gluten. The flavors seemed a bit bland, but still a most pleasurable experience. This was our third stay in Eze, our first at Chateau Eza, and we will be back.

Booked by phone, very friendly and they also speak English.
We were able to park the motorcycles in a lockable garage.
The reception was very nice. Room 14 with balcony for €100 plus breakfast €13 p.p.
Gluten free is possible on request.
The room is very comfortably furnished. Very clean. Slept great. In the evening the street was closed to cars. It could also be because stalls were set up in the street the next day.
Dinner is recommended. The trout and the beef fillet were 1 with * I even got gluten-free bread for dinner, which they had bought especially for me for breakfast.
Breakfast absolutely great! I even had a gluten-free baguette here. Great buffet.

I'll start with the only fault found so far: there is no elevator.
Carrying 2 large (heavy) suitcases up a very small staircase was not easy. (But the boss/manager offered to help us! And when we left it was the maid who helped us 😀).
Now all the positives:
- very friendly welcome, very pleasant, bordering on VIP.
Whether at the boss/manager, restaurant, kitchen or housekeeping level. They care about our well-being.
- breakfast with enough choice, fresh pastries of your choice upon reservation the day before, arrangements possible (although limited) in case of allergies (I was able to have special gluten-free bread).
- limited choice of dishes at the restaurant, but sufficient and above all very good (yum the fish!).
- pleasant swimming pool, well sheltered from view outside the hotel, it is in a small interior courtyard, next to the tables outside the restaurant. It therefore closes quite early (7 p.m.) so as not to cause any disturbance during the meal.
The water was a bit cool for me, but the inlet/outlet shower gives hot water on demand, and that's great!!
- small "living room" at the start of the corridor leading to the bedrooms, rather cute and pleasant, it's nice, cozy. (At least 1 on each floor).
- pleasant room (we had a room of 4, for 3, for lack of room of 3 available. Too bad, the large bed is 140 instead of the 160 provided for the room of 3. But in the end, practical, because each one has its own bed 😁...
(Okay, however, be careful, the 2 small beds are... small! One in 70 and one in 80. No wider. So the 80 for an adult is okay. Just. The 70, meh. More for a child or at least someone "fine"!
- perfectly functional air conditioning. fortunately given the heat it was...
- bathroom (full length) large enough for 2 people inside. Pleasant shower, fairly strong water jet, fairly wide cabin, shower gel provided (soap in the sink also). But be careful, the water tends to pass outside the shower cubicle! So avoid watering the door!
- brilliant sound insulation! The windows are double glazed, then there is a space of about 20cm and again a window which faces the street. We never heard a single car go by!! (Yet there were some).
- And of course, one of the main reasons for our choice: very well placed for going to Spirou Park!
In short, a hotel that I highly recommend. It perfectly met our expectations.
