The bread was completely tasteless and had a strange consistency. I have eaten tasty gluten-free bread many times, but this is inedible. The focaccia, however, was so fatty that when I brought the purchases home, the fat seeped through the paper bag, and after a few bites my stomach hurt. The prices, however, are very high and inadequate to the quality.

I haven't experienced such a terrible food poisoning for a long time, because I felt really bad after eating a gluten-free pizza in February 2025. I'll spare you the details, but I was deprived of life all evening, and then I needed a few more days to regain my strength. The day after the poisoning, I called Siesta Nuova, where I described what happened and why I was 100% sure it was because of their food, namely because of very stale ingredients. I suggested to them that they should check everything they had, because someone else would end up in the hospital. The woman I spoke to promised to call me back the next day, but she never did.
Update: The owner of the restaurant called me. When I asked where he got my number, he replied that he got it from a former employee who didn't call me back. He apologized to me several times and then told a very unlikely story that a manufacturer of gluten-free pizza bases had added a small amount of wheat to the product without his knowledge. He also added that he was sure it wasn't the ingredients' fault. While I appreciate the apology, I have a very hard time believing the wheat story because that's not how food poisoning works and no gluten-free manufacturer would shoot themselves in the foot by adding a small amount of gluten.

The menu was very interesting, we ate Italian dishes. Black pasta with shrimps, gluten-free pizza, gnocci. Everything delicious. Regional liqueurs and Italian wine. The exterior of the place is old-style. Inside, there is calming greenery and plenty of space. I recommend

Cozy gluten-free haven! All their cakes are gluten free. They’re also good tasting. The waiter was patient and helpful. The service is quick. The cakes are prepared with erythrol, so, they’re sugar-free.

Great food, great drinks. I have never been so calm when eating out with celiac disease, the manager always comes over and chooses a safe dish. The service was very nice (Mr. Alan), we will definitely come back a million times.

Very nice place :D
Tasty food, solid gluten-free options (a friend with an intolerance says she's fine 👍), and that tea! Seriously, if someone goes, I especially recommend hot Thai tea. Especially the green one! (It's red in the photo. You can't see it, but it's a beautiful orange color)
