Neat little shop, very kind owner who makes the plant based (cashew mostly, some coconut) ice cream. Super tasty, natural, real ingredients, creamy, and not overly sweet. If you're like me and can't decide on a flavor (which you can sample), a triple is a bargain for the price per scoop! A bonus is that most flavors are gluten free (even chocolate brownie).

We vacationed just next door to this little gem and walked over every night of our vacation! The front window was always very helpful and happy to answer questions about the menu. We met up with friends here who have gluten sensitivities and they were so excited to have a number of options on the menu! I tried something new every night and I can tell you, there is no bad combo. We were also so thrilled when we were offered pup cups for our two dogs! On weekend nights, the line can get long but it moves quickly and the end result is well worth it. Hoping to make this another of our "musts" each time we come to Ocean City!

Sarah's has some of the best ice cream I have tasted in my 54 years of being an ice cream addict. The flavors are unique and every single one is delicious. And she has lots of gluten free options for those of us with celiac. It is SUCH a special place. Absolutely wonderful! (and Sarah and her daughter are wonderful too)

Stop by and grab a pop. Sit down for a great hotdog and enjoy a friendly atmosphere. Great selection of hard to find candy and some surprising new candies. They also have plant based, gluten-free candy and chocolate. Might be something for everyone.

This is a cute cow-themed ice cream shop. It has a selection of soft-serve, Italian ice, and scooped ice cream. There are also a wide variety of sundaes. I noticed they even had gluten-free cones. I got Cow-lime pie (key lime pie) ice cream, which is like a frozen key lime pie with Graham cracker crust pieces throughout. It was very good, and it was a very generous scoop! My husband got the strawberry shortcake sundae, and he enjoyed it. There was no seating inside, but there were several tables and chairs outside, with umbrellas. There were 2 picnic tables as well. There was a small carousel ride outside for 50 cents that looked fun for little kids as well. This ice cream shop is definitely worth checking out!

I had a craving for ice cream that would not go away. I avoided the temptations of the sign on 340 for nearly 4 months before finally giving in. The cashier was super friendly and nice to the customers, even dealing with a few who were frustrated at the wait — it was very busy. When it was my turn, I asked what was gluten free, and she directed me to go inside as the flavors were marked on the freezer! I did just that and came back to order my treat. I got a peanut butter swirl ice cream. It was delicious. Well worth the wait! I will definitely be stopping by again later in the summer.

I've eaten here several times and it's one of my favorite places to bring people. The coffee is good and the gelato is immaculate. They sell these gluten free biscotti that my mom gets anytime she's visiting. My fave gelato is the cardamom, but they don't always have it (the pros and cons of a rotating menu); I've yet to have a blad flavour or combo here. The staff are always friendly and quick, so you're never waiting more than five minutes total. Overall recommend coming here regardless the weather!

Opies Soft Serve and Snowball is a fantastic spot for a sweet treat! I ordered a chocolate shake, and it was thick, creamy, and full of rich chocolate flavor—perfect for any chocolate lover. The mixed swirl with a gluten-free cone, topped with butterscotch and chocolate chips, was a delightful combination of flavors and textures. The medium mixed swirl was just as tasty, with a smooth consistency and the right balance of sweetness. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. Overall, a great place to satisfy your ice cream cravings!

Cute little place, and friendly owners who served us. We came in as their FB post mentioned a special - $2 off any of the purple ice creams because the Ravens won their playoff game! And $1 off anything else. My husband and I had the raspberry ice cream and their hot chocolate drink - so so delicious! The ice cream is Taharka brothers ice cream, and it so good! The flavor has oatmeal crisp throughout it and we loved that. I am gluten free and the owners checked for me to make sure it was GF.

Very clean, nice selection of Hershey icecream. What impressed me the most was Buck the young lady that worked there was so polite. When we told her that I have Celiac Disease she got a fresh scoop out so, that she would not cross contaminated with the icream containing gluten. I really appreciated that.

Yummy yum yum. Wish they had gluten free/vegan (don't like sorbet, too sweet) cones but that's besides the point. The pastacio is out of this world!!! I love that it's local and black owned. I will be going back. They give healthy portions of the stuff. 😋😋😋

I used to pass by this place when I lived in Potomac but never had the chance to visit. We happened to be in the area and stopped by for some soft serve. My wife has celiacs disease and the ladies were kind to check and confirm which flavors were actually gluten free, which I appreciated. She even changed her gloves to be on the safe side, which was great! Both had masks on, which was a plus. The froyo was great and we definitely all enjoyed it! If ever we’re in the area again, we will definitely stop by again! Thank you!

One of the best homemade ice creams you will find in a small town, Chester. Icecream flavors are extensive. They also serve milkshakes, sundaes, waffle, edible cookie daugh, and drinks. Few choices for gluten and dairy free consumers. Highly recommended place for icecream lovers.

4/5 for gluten sensitive as the strawberry and blueberry had gluten. Delicious vanilla bean and they had the best tasting natural coloring sprinkles! Lots of all natural Popsicles and homemade ice cream chocolate chip cookies to choose from. I would have liked to see marshmallow cream as a topping. Adorable beachy colors and fantastic location on the corner. Chalk and outdoor games for kids. Park a block down in gravel area for parking. Popular spot!

Very good ice cream! Big servings you can definitely share the small if you agree on what flavor to get. The girls were very nice and were very strong and got my ice cream. They had dairy free flavors, which was nice! They do have some additional vegan flavors that weren’t on the menu. Also good for gluten-free people as they have a lot of gluten-free options.

We love Taharka Brothers! Their vegan ice creams are amazing and most of them are gluten-free, which makes it a treat for someone like me with a lot of food allergies. The staff at the Broadway Market location are SO nice and friendly! They clearly love their customers and what they do! Baltimore loves you, Taharka Bros!

Good service from the 2 friendly & knowledgeable, college age kids. Got black raspberry in cup (gluten free-yaaay!) w whipped cream. Ice cream was creamy, but not the kind that drips all over you, seconds after buying!! Prices very reasonable. Went after Labor Day crowds.

Nutter's is amazing. Great ice cream. Most of it is Gluten Free friendly. Service was okay. The main thing that got me was how small the place was. Barely fit 2 tables inside. It sucks to get ice cream on a hot day, go outside and have it melt all over you.
