The friendly, attentive, staff greeted me as soon as I walked in and, since I was new, handed me a menu that included their standard and special addition flavors. The Ice Cream was delicious, especially the vegan, gluten free Fudged Up Cookie Dough. It was creamy and delicious, I never would have guessed it Vegan! If I’m ever in town again I’ll be sure to stop by for another two scoops!
Step inside to enjoy a playful atmosphere with whimsical bubble windows and a bubbled door entrance. The space offers limited seating with a few stools inside and metal tables on the sidewalk, creating a cozy setting perfect for savoring naturally gluten-free treats in a friendly, well-informed environment.

All gluten free makes me happy! Loved eating their Cookie Dough Ice Cream in a waffle cone. Macarons are all so good too, my favorites are Passionfruit, and Lavender. Boyfriend had a Pina Colada Ice Cream sandwich that was surprisingly so good. Will be back anytime I’m in Clearfork.
This vibrant spot offers a fun, green-hued setting with gluten-free and vegan options clearly labeled, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. The variety of choices like cups, cones, and shakes caters thoughtfully to dietary needs in a welcoming atmosphere.

Unfortunately, we had a pretty terrible experience here, largely due to the service we received from a rude employee. We also weren't very impressed with the ice cream. It was sickeningly sweet, and the flavors didn't taste fresh or flavorful; they were pretty commercial. Points for the unique flavors, the gluten-free labeling, and the many plant-based options, though! The girl working had an attitude from the moment we opened the door. She treated us like she was irritated that she even had to wait on customers, and was dismissive and rude. And my very biggest pet peeve - she was wearing one of her AirPods and listening to something or on a phone call or whatever. It's so unprofessional, downright tacky, and rude. In the end, of the three of us, only two of us got ice cream, and one of them threw theirs away because it wasn't very good. We immediately looked up other nearby ice cream shops, and ended up at Le Creamian, where the owner was working, and we learned that she makes all of the ice cream in-house. Holy cow, some of the best ice cream and service I've ever had, hands down. Skip Melt, visit the small local business, Le Creamian, and treat yourself to real, true, homemade ice cream and gracious, enthusiastic service.

I have celiac so sometimes it's hard to find places that accommodate that. However, MELT had GF labels on the menu and the worker taking our order, Morgan, was knowledgeable about gluten + washed the utensils and changed his gloves for us. We were super appreciative and also the ice cream was amazing!!
