We had an early dinner here on a weekend. We were the only table, so the service was prompt and attentive.
The interior was clean and tidy, with a contemporary look. The glass block wall between the two unisex restrooms, while textured, was not completely private.
We passed on the expensive appetizers. We ordered one Butter Chicken with Goat Cheese, medium spice level. I found this too sweet, almost reminded me of Campbell Tomato Soup. My partner said the goat cheese helped balance it out, but there was not enough cheese to balance out the whole dish. The chicken was a bit dry, and seemed to be all sliced chicken breasts.
Our other dish was Bihari Goat Curry, spicy. It was nice that all the goat dishes specifically said "bone-in" for those less experienced diners. This one could have had a fuller spice palette, though it was certainly hot enough. The goat was tender and flavorful, and the favorite for both of us. The basmati rice was delicious, fluffy and tender.
We had a tasty iced tea, and shared a Rasmalai for dessert which had a floral milk syrup and chopped pistachios, sweet and refreshing.
There were plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, as well as gluten-free dishes. They also have a lunch menu.
With attentive management and personalized recommendations, this spot consistently impresses with its delicious offerings and welcoming vibe.

Updating after our most recent trip - We were, again, blown away at how delicious the food was and how kind and attentive the staff is. The manager (owner I assume based on how attentive he was and how much he cared) made sure my food was safe (Gluten free) and delicious! They allowed my grandma and mom to ask questions and gave recommendations based on what we like. I would happily give them 10 stars if Google would let me!
Service was lacking, with a disengaged staff and a messy environment, but the food shines despite the overall experience.

Service was pretty horrible. The waitress didn’t even greet us when we walked in she just pointed to a table. There was rice all over the floor too. I’m not sure if she just didn’t know any English or if she was rude. I have Celiac Disease and I have to be very cautious about cross contamination. I mentioned I have a gluten allergy before ordering (as I do at any restaurant) and she had absolutely no idea what I was saying. I tried translating it and it felt like she wasn’t willing to try to understand. It’s really disappointing that this server wasn’t educated on allergies. I know it’s a risk going into any restaurant that they might accidentally give me gluten but from working in a restaurant myself it’s a basic thing that restaurants need to be educated on. The food was very good and I don’t think there was any gluten in my food so that kinda makes up for it. If the manager or owner of the place sees this, I beg you to educate your workers on allergies/ allergy protocol.

I LOVE Incredible India!! I have been twice so far and have had wonderful meals and experiences. Such a beautiful restaurant. Opulent is the word that comes to mind. The service matches the setting.
As a symptomatic celiac, I always ask a lot of questions about how restaurant food is prepared. All my questions were answered and in some cases the server verified with the chef. Everyone promoted a positive experience. Needless to say, I had no issues.
Gluten free dishes are clearly marked on the menu and there is a wide variety so it was hard to choose. That was something I have not experienced in a long time.
This last time I had the goat curry . It was flavorful and just the right level of heat (medium for me). Definitely would order it again but it may be a while because there are so many other dishes I want to try!! Oh and the mango lassi is (wait for it) Incredible!
A cozy spot with many choices that's perfect for those seeking variety, and the warm vibe makes you feel right at home.

Easily the best Indian food we have ever had. This family owned restaurant makes you feel right at home and we visit at least weekly. Whenever we have guests in town this is our go-to to show them great food they can't get anywhere else! I can't recommend this more! My coworker is gluten free and loves the vast menu options available to her and can't get enough of this place.
A unique fusion of pizza and Indian cuisine, with a popular create your own pizza" option and a standout curry sauce. A clean spot with quick service.

So we ate here 2 weeks in a row bc the food is so good. Getting two choices of food is a bonus. If you like great Indian food, they have amazing curry options. But the sneak attack is their 🍕. It's super delicious and I have to have gluten-free and theirs is the best around. It's fresh and crispy like I like it. So we ordered it to go the first time and then went there and ordered it the second time. Great atmosphere and people too. Give this place a try if you haven't yet. It's a hidden gem in Franklin out by 65! My hubby has had the bacon cheese bread, curry pizza and bacon chicken pizza, bbq chicken ranch pizza, and butter curry pasta. I've have the GF Star or deluxe pizza. We also had a mango Lassi which was yummy.
A perfect spot for a chill lunch date, offering a cozy vibe and great service with plenty of options to explore.

My husband and I wanted a quiet nice place for our lunch date and this definitely did not disappoint. Not only was the food amazing but the customer service was top notch. Best part they had so many Gluten Free Options. Thank you for a great experience. We have so much left over. It was very nice, and the people there are just amazing!

I love this place! I've become a regular here. The food is amazing, you can get 4 or 5 different spice levels. The staff are kind and attentive and the atmosphere is just nice. The tables/booths are of good quality and comfortable to sit. It's a fairly quiet place so it's nice for reading and having a good meal. My personal favorites are the Vegetable Pakora and Vegetable coconut curry. They have plenty of VEGAN and GLUTEN FREE options. I am both and find it hard to find these accommodations at most restaurants but I have no issues here. Great place! Go on and try it! Bring a book, sit alone and just be in your zone!<3

The curries were truly gluten free (I have celiac disease). Their mild was too spicy for me, but the chicken buried in the curry was cooked to perfection!

I went here for the first time yesterday and was *so* impressed! I lived for years out west in an area with tons of Indian, other South Asian, and Himalayan restaurants, and the food here was easily amongst the best there. But as a celiac, I have to give the food the highest reviews here, because the owner, who was wonderful, told me that they never add wheat to the saag (and to many of the other dishes where other Indian restaurants do--check on these to be sure). Even better, when I asked for a gluten-free bread substitute (idli?), because they didn't have any wheat-free bread (naan, etc.) options ready, the owner had the kitchen make up some gluten-free bread for me on the spot. It was all phenomenal, the bread (might have been thepla or a pancake?), the main dish (also GF), and the rice. Loved it!
The food here was outstanding. The service was excellent as well. I preferred the indochinese selections including the calamari which I posted a picture of. My wife preferred the Indian but she is gluten free and they did have quite a few more gluten-free options on the Indian variety.

We went early on a Sunday night and were pleasantly surprised to find they had a buffet. Everything was good. Most were gluten free. The price was reasonable. I usually like to see an ethnic restaurant full of ethnic customers but the place was almost empty. The atmosphere was sports-bar like with several TVs. My only complaint was they had country music playing far too loud for our taste.
Enjoy a great atmosphere with ample parking and picnic benches, plus superb food made with fresh ingredients and accommodating service.

Maple Indian is always delicious, especially the lunch buffet. Most of their menu items are gluten free and the staff are very helpful with accommodating food intolerances or allergies.
Mani was a welcoming and attentive server, knowledgeable in menu items. The Butter Chicken, Saag Paneer, and Chicken Tikka Masala were all wonderfully smooth and alive with flavor. The vegetable pakoras (chickpea flour is used to batter fry them, so they are gluten free), were seasoned so tastefully. Honestly, if you want food that feels bright and alive with flavor, this is where to find it. Biryani rice and garlic naan are a perfect addition to the table!
Food is very tasty Indian food with the ability to cater to many diets.
We really haa goid help from our waiter to find the right choices for our party with gluten free and vegan needs.
Hearty and wholesome dishes cater to all diets with clear options for everyone, making it a great spot for diverse culinary preferences.
