Please note, not suitable for celiacs. This place does not specialize in gluten-free but offers some dishes based on industrial gluten-free products. For my part, I was rather disappointed by this observation and the welcome by the manager. I moved on.

Atypical but interesting atmosphere. We came a lot and still got something to eat - thank you for that! The prices are not cheap, but in my opinion the price-performance ratio is still good. All the dishes were very good, I can highly recommend the truffle pasta! Tomato mozzarella (buffalo mozzarella) was also very, very good. In addition, all pasta dishes can be ordered gluten-free. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back.

Always full on weekends, remember to book. Menu mainly made up of pizzas, flamms and pastas but also around ten dishes for special diets (low in carbohydrates, vegetarians, gluten, lactose, etc.). Only some desserts are not homemade

A very nice little restaurant right in the center of Metz, the C Service was extremely friendly and competent. My wife has a gluten intolerance, the young woman knew immediately which dishes were acceptable and which were not.

Traveling through on our tour of the local battlefields and memorials. Found this exceptionally amazing and outstanding restaurant. They spoke enough English to make the experience perfect. The food options were good and discussed our need for one gluten free dinner. Everyone greatly enjoyed the food and wine. The chefs here are highly talented. Don’t miss out on a great dining opportunity if you’re in the area. Easy to find near the waterfront.

Gluten intolerant, I finally found a pizzeria where I don't get sick due to the long fermentation of the dough. It's very tasty, we feel that the products are of quality and not to spoil anything, all the servers have a smile. Congratulations to the whole team.

Had an excellent lunch on holiday with my dad. Very accommodating for my dads gluten free needs (he had the risotto). Thank you to the lovely staff (I can't remember the name, sorry!) who also helped add a couple of French words to my growing vocabulary! This restaurant lives up to its name! I have a special diet (celiac / gluten-free) and in addition to having adapted to that and being very attentive, the meal was EXCELLENT! The owner took great care, he is warm and contributes to the friendly atmosphere of the restaurant. Can’t wait to come back to enjoy the beautiful summer terrace and discover the new menu! I recommend with your eyes closed, and particularly for those who, like me, have a specific diet!

We ate today (May 9, 2025) at this restaurant. The waiter who took care of us throughout the meal, Sébastien, was very pleasant, funny and dynamic. We feel that he enjoys his job and seems to feel comfortable there. For food, I had the Milanese escalope and pasta, and for dessert the chocolate fondant (gluten-free!!). Both were very good, we feel that it is qualitative.

The waitresses are very pleasant, smiling, however, I took the liberty of asking the cook if the fries were gluten-free, but unfortunately he looked at me and said there is no gluten in the potato, I said well yes but the fries are not homemade so there is certainly gluten, for which chips, there is necessarily gluten, fries are not just made from potatoes.
